My experience was absolutely amazing from the time I walked in until the time I left. The atmosphere of the European Medical Massage & Wellness Center office is very CLEAN , friendly, warm, welcoming and inviting. LMT, Miss Vladka, was very nice, kind and caring. Miss Vladka was very thorough in asking me if I had any pain or injuries anywhere that I wanted specific massage therapy treatments applied too. Miss Vladka's Massage techniques were so soothing, and relaxing that she put me asleep on the table twice during my therapy session. She utilized a moist heat pressure pad on my back while she massaged & treated my feet & legs. Her hands are so soft, yet strong and therapeutic that I could feel the tension being drawn out of my muscles and released throughout my body as she was treating me. So they charged me, not because I forgot or blew off the appt, but because I had to make the best decision for myself and the massage therapist. I am no longer participating in businesses that have little to no consideration for the humans who make their business successful. I canceled my membership.
