They just didn't even look into the problem, they just dumped me. As of now they will not give me the results of my bloodwork I had done, they will not respond to the pharmacies request because Jennifer wrote the prescription wrong, so I can't get my medication. Now that I am dropped from their practice I am not afraid to speak my truth. I hope people read…read morethis message. I am a nice person but enough is enough and there comes a time you must speak the truth. I came to this doctor in 2015 when I was diagnosed with high prolactin by my PCP. I was later diagnosed with a pituitary tumor via MRI, for that I am thankful for this doctor. However... At first I thought the office was nice and professional but as time went on I noticed something very off-putting. The office staff almost never answer their phone, and when you leave a message they sometimes do not reply back. It is hard to get a hold of anybody on any day at any time. I take a medication that can damage heart valves and when I was first put on the drug I experienced afib-like heart palpitations. I called the office and left a message for the doctor about the reaction. They called me back and suggested I was having anxiety. If you do some studying on the drug you will find it can cause heart valve problems and not just at small doses. I felt very dismissed. I continued to see them and there were instances where I felt they listened to my concerns, but the times I felt they didn't sadly outweighed it. In 2018 I was told I had low aldosterone by my PCP and was referred back to this practice and they suggested I may have had a pheocromocytoma and ran a test. When the test results came back no one called me to explain or suggest any further plan to find out why I was experiencing high blood pressure and tachycardia. Nothing. They did not even do any adrenal testing which looking at my previous blood tests done by my PCP should have been done to rule out adrenal insufficiency. When I finally called them to ask about what we could do next I felt like I was totally dismissed. No further plan to help me find what was wrong. It is crazy that I was having clinical signs of something seriously wrong and was not even asked to come back for additional testing. I was sent on my merry way. If you are looking to feel crazy, if you are looking to feel lost and bewildered by test results, if you are looking to be told every symptom is anxiety...good luck. Because that is what I have felt here. And for that I am grieved. I wanted to like this doctor. But I am afraid things just didn't work out.
