I was respectful of their choice, but he also said that he would not refund my money. He kept saying they have a strict cancellation policy. I kept saying, he is cancelling on me. That he can't refuse to allow me to stay there AND refused to refund my money. How could you possibly tell someone I am not allowing you to stay at my rental, yet I am charging you for it. I was not cancelling, he was cancelling on me and kept telling me about his cancellation policy. Can people really be that dumb?? I would look at other places to rent and completely avoid this company. Also reading the other review, I feel so bad for the poor guys that lost 8K at Josh's Mission Bay rental unit..... They are an unethical money hungry bunch.
