I have been going to Dr. Morris for years now. When I relocated from Chicago it was hard to find a good dentist I could trust. My friend recommended Dr. Morris and I keep going back! This is a nicely run practice and I enjoy my biannual visits! Brandi is my usual dental hygienist and is so excellent and professional. They take good care of me and make sure my dental health is the best it can be! Dr. Klein is awesome as well. My sister recently chipped her bonding off and Dr. Klein was able to fit her in and fixed her chipped bonding and made it match the color of her teeth even better than my sister's previous dentist! I had my 6 month cleaning done here by Layla. She was super sweet and did a very thorough job working away at my stains, which I'm sure I had a lot of given the amount of coffee/tea I drink. Dr. Morris came in after the cleaning and took the time to explain why she recommended a night guard and also recommended an orthodontist. She is more concerned about the functional well-being of your teeth than merely their appearance. Far superior experience here than I have had elsewhere! read more

Dr Morris and her team are really terrific. Recently I chipped a front tooth. Another dentist was planning a root canal. I made an appointment with Dr Morris. After X-rays and tests, she suggested we try a more conservative approach. Dr Morris is kind, gentle and extremely skilled. She fixed my tooth and made sure that everything looked beautiful, functioned perfectly and felt right. She saved my tooth and now my smile is even nicer than ever. The staff was extremely friendly and I had a great experience. They have really up to date technology and caught things other dentists have missed for years. Kara was my hygienist and she made me feel really comfortable and was really nice! I had to do X-rays, a consultation, a cleaning, and an exam and they ran right on time throughout the whole thing. They had a massage chair for their patient chair and at the end of it all they gave me a free mug filled with goodies. I can't complain! read more

Both my husband and I have been going to Dr Morris for quite a while now. She is the Best dentist we have ever been to... not to mention how caring and sweet she is. Her work is beyond reproach ! Her office staff is the Best. Monica always helps with anything we need.... she even worked me in the day after the holiday for a cracked crown. Dr Morris has super dentists that help her when her or Dr Klein are out. I just saw Dr Larson, and loved her. She did an excellent job on my crown and another filling. This is probably my oddest dental experience to date. The office is really nice. Clean. Quick service. I got in quickly after having Dr Morris recommended to me by friends...well, I should've asked for Dr Morris. The front staff was great. The hygienist was honestly the best I've ever had. She explained potential issues to me. Was gentle, yet thorough. I was really impressed... Then the associate dentist comes in. Explains nothing. I mean...NOTHING. Didn't go over a single picture or X-ray (yes, it's the X-ray you pay extra for beyond insurance). Says to floss more. Says she'll get back me back in shape. Then leaves. The hygienist is left to say I have seven fillings needed. Ummm. I have never needed a filling before. I had my last exam a little over a year ago w NO issues. I didn't skip the dentist for 8 years. Then this...w no explanation. I left and then emailed saying I wanted a second opinion for conveniently maxing out my dental insurance. The front desk sent a nice email saying of course--and the dr would go over my x-rays for free. I was happy with that. Then another email shows up saying--you haven't done this or that and have these issues in a pretty accusatory manner (very clearly not the suggestion of the front office staff). Pass. No thanks. I felt like I was at a used car dealership by the end of this. read more

I actually look forward to going to the dentist because the staff at Sarah Morris DDS takes such good care of me! Their office is clean and professional and the chairs are SO comfortable. Everyone is incredibly friendly and warm, which makes the experience enjoyable. I have never encountered an office staff as rude or incompetent than at Sarah Morris' office. They have tried to bill my triple the price (instead of $144 the billed $537!). When I asked a simple question about insurance, I was yelled at "how am I supposed to know!?!" (Obviously they don't since the tried to charge over $393 the cost of the work...) The latest visit had to be rescheduled due to the dentist being in the hospital - I got a voicemail to call back and reschedule, and I did. I go to my rescheduled appointment and apparently no one marked it done as such. Also my refund check for the over charge is still not in my hands over 3 weeks later. Dentist isn't horrible but could be much bette, the front staff however doesn't even deserve one star. read more

Downsized their staff and then yelled at me because I wanted to be seen quicker than two months out. This was some time ago, so maybe things have gotten better. I certainly didn't go back after getting yelled at after they cancelled my appointment and I couldn't return the call because I was at work. Avoid this dentist at all costs. Go without dental care if she is your only choice. She did "heavy" bonding on my teeth. It costs 25% more than anyone else, she refused to do adjustments after even though I only had 2 teeth that touched. Now 1 year later the bonding was so bad I now have bone loss & may lose my front teeth or have 4 implants for about $20,000. Run from this women. read more

YOU'LL BE OUT A LOT OF MONEY FOR A VISIT AT THIS POSH OFFICE WITH SUB-PAR DENTAL WORK!!! Dr. Morris is a VERY aggressive dentist, and will try to fix every tiny thing that shows up on the x-ray. Don't trust everything they say!! Be sure to know your insurance plan BEFORE you make an appointment here. They gave me a treatment plan (quote) of what my visits would cost me after insurance. I hadn't been in a while, so I trusted that I needed that much work, and for the price they said it would cost, I scheduled several appointments. I trusted her that I really needed all that work, and I trusted Valerie (receptionist), that since they had my insurance plan information, the numbers/payments were reflecting my plan. After a few months, of paying what I was originally quoted, I was requested to pay the difference, which was a lot more than what was quoted. I was originally quoted around $300 for all of my work. I have now paid OVER $700, (which is more than DOUBLE) and probably STILL owe them money. I called the office today, after looking at all my statements and my Explanation of Benefits from my insurance, and I expressed that I didn't feel that I was treated fairly, since there was about almost a $500 difference in what they quoted and what I've paid. They said it wasn't their responsibility to know what my plan is, and I should have known what each thing would cost. WOW!!! I must have been going to some really awesome doctors and dentists in the past, because they know my insurance policy and know what it will cost me BEFORE we start talking $$. SO, I would NOT recommend this office, unless you know every detail of your insurance policy. I now know way too much about my dental insurance, thanks to this office!! I also had to have a cavity REDONE, because I couldn't floss between two teeth without feeling like I was licking a battery. I still can't floss without nerve pain, but I will not have her redo it. I have another cavity that is giving me problems, as well, and another tooth with a gap left out of the filling, which is visible when I smile. It sounds like I had nasty teeth, but I only had one, noticeable cavity, and she wanted to work on about 8 teeth. Her office is fancy with the soft, massage chairs, the cable TV with remote, headphones, coffee and juice bar, but she is young and her work is sloppy. read more

I've been a patient there for the last 8 years. They say Sarah is a great dentist....I really don't know because all I've ever had done there is get my teeth cleaned with dental hygienists. The staff however I have a good knowledge about and they are the worst by any means. They are rude, especially the front desk receptionists. Her other assistants are totally incompetent and inexperienced and all the mess that goes on I don't think Sarah hears about because there is no dentist patient interaction. They don't know the procedures and processes (I had invisalign) and change on what they say to the patients and then blame the patient for not being compliant!!!! First they told me i had to pay in full for the treatment prior to beginning. So i did, then at the end they said i had to pay additional $300 for retainers which are no different than the last trays from the treatment. When i tried to explain that i was not told that at the beginning and was not willing to pay $300 for retainers they treated me really bad and never let me talk to Sarah herself so i can explain to her my experience. Her staff was very aggressive and pushy for me to pay the fee and after i refused because of their failure to inform me upfront they threatened to dismiss me.....Everything is handled through her staff. To this day, Sarah never got to hear what really happened and i hope she reads this post and look at her staff more closely. Unfortunately the journey ends for me here because as advertised and as accomplished as she seems to be her staff is below par for which reason I am taking my business elsewhere. read more

Had to schedule an appointment for x-rays and an appointment for a cavity filling. They scheduled the cavity filling first and then the x-rays. First appointment went smooth. Shots in the mouth, cavity filled, and we're done. Second appointment with x-rays revealed another cavity. So between the choice of taking off from work again I asked that they schedule me another cavity filling that same day. Luckily there was an opening. So another set of shots in the mouth that could have been done earlier that day with the first cavity filling. Just annoying how I had to have 3 dental appointments instead of two, and I had to have two sets of shots in the mouth instead of just the one. Their office is nice. The staff and dentists are nice but whoever is scheduling things screws-up. I confronted them on this issue via email when they asked me to come back to their office for a checkup. The response was didn't even acknowledge this day and the screw-up. Just annoying. Not respecting of my time at all. Plus the extra/unnecessary shots. read more
