When I asked about the possibility of an open MRI because of claustrophobia, he made me feel ridiculous and his advice was to "take a couple xanax or something", to which I responded by letting him know I was an addict. As the conversation continued, I told him I'd figure it out and he told me to just take a couple of "shots" before the MRI and I had to remind him that I was sober so he offered a generic apology and said he'd light incense in a condescending tone. I'm not entirely sure how great of a surgeon he is, but I imagine someone with his level of education and specialty should bear some semblance of professionalism and compassion.

Due to Covid, we waited in the car until they are ready to let us for the appointment. I'm fine with this, the wait was a bit long.. about 25mins but we went at 2pm which I assume is peak time for them. The staff.. wow.. you can tell they all love kids and are amazing with them! They were patient, fun, and explained everything to him which he loved. IPads are in the waiting area with games loaded on it. iPads are in the exam rooms for the kids to watch movies. Brilliant. To end, they send the kids home with a dental goody bag and a balloon. Oh and a general exam with cleaning and X-rays was only 79.00. Totally worth it. Im grateful my pediatrician recommended this place, my son will be a patient as long as they remain open :)

Over the last year or so I've noticed office staff changes. The former people were happy, these are not. Now the physical therapy department has all new therapy employees and the office staff and patients (me) were not informed. They showed up for work and there's all new people there. I drove quite a distance to see a specific therapist and when I get there I'm told he's no longer there. I get more respect from my hair salon.
