I love how she took the time to get to know you and ask and answer questions that you may have. This should be a common practice for all doctors but some do not value your time or always in a rush to see you which is shameful. I just wanted to thank Dr. Boerwinkle for always taking the time to explain things to me and not rushing through our appointment and showing that she truly cares about your well being. Also her wonderful assistant Misha which always puts a smile on my face when we get to chat which she takes my vitals and do the check in and such. It's nice to be valued and feel your in a good hands of the professionals that are assisting you. This two are a perfect duo. Hopeful they don't leave and stay for a while.

Bottom line: Dara Jolly rocks. Just review your bills carefully, as the yin-yang of the world means that Dr. Jolly's awesomeness has to be balanced out somehow, such as in the billing department.

Parking is available on the street and there is more than one parking garage nearby. If you park in one of the lots there are a few designated spots for this clinic and they (they clinic) ask you to give them your vehicle info when you come in so they know you are parked there. That is probably the only sort of unusual thing about this clinic. Staff is very friendly and professional and everyone here will go out of their way to help you to the best of their ability.

He made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my pregnancy, which is something I am beyond grateful for. When it came time for delivery, my baby had other plans and I ended up needing a C-section. Thankfully, Dr. Nickel had already taken the time to explain everything to me beforehand so that when the moment came, it wasn't scary or rushed. Because of his preparation and clear communication, my C-section went smoothly and I truly could not have asked for a better experience. Staff is friendly, and they respond to emails timely. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that They run extremely behind. I routinely wait over an hour from my appt time to see Bob. I'm sure this is because he gives thorough care and listens to his patients but it is annoying. He is quite knowledgeable too. I love this practice though and will put up with it for now.
