Later in the day, I received a personalized photo collage so I could remember the combinations and the next day I received a shopping list, complete with online links, so I could get the few pieces I need to extend my wardrobe and make the clothes I have go even further! Moss Designer Consignment was my first stop. They generally have good selections at great prices especially if they are on the final mark down. Moss is an excellent luxury resale shopping destination. Located on South Lamar, the store feels more like a boutique than a traditional consignment shop. The layout of the store is spacious, open and beautifully organized to allow ease of browsing and shopping. The store has high-end women's designer clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories. You can pick up statement pieces at a fraction of the original retail price and feel confident in the quality of what you're buying. The staff was very helpful and friendly...opening up cases to allow you to see merchandise up close, at your leisure. They have an on-site authenticator of all their goods, which gives you a certain peace of mind that you are getting authentic pieces. While today, I did not find anything I could not live without, I will certainly pop in the future when I have free time to shop.
