Sarah was a home-buyer's dream come true. Not only did she come HIGHLY recommended from a good friend of ours, but she far-exceeded our initial expectations. I've dealt with realtors in the past who are in it for the sale, and want you to buy as quickly as possible so they can move on to the next deal. Not Sarah. She never made us feel anxious or pressured to buy anything. We had some pretty picky standards and not once was she fazed. When she couldn't find what we were looking for on the MLS, she took to the old-fashioned way - cold calling homeowners who had recently took their home off the market. She searched through thousands of off-market homes, called hundreds of owners until she found the literal perfect home for my wife and I. If I could give more stars I would. Such a cliche phrase, I know, but it's the most accurate opener I could think of. Everything about the process of buying my first house was made 10x better working with Sarah. Being my first house - I felt really nervous - even with all the research I had done leading into it. It all seemed so overwhelming. Sarah walked me through everything and explained it in a thorough and easy to comprehend way. I never felt pressured in any of my decisions as we looked for houses and she was able to answer any of my questions quickly and concisely. I also greatly appreciated her input on what to be looking for when I evaluated a house, as there were many things I would have missed entirely. I was looking in the super competitive north central Austin market and it was real tough finding a house for good value. We lost a couple offers (through no fault of her own) but she stayed positive throughout.
