Molly provided positive reinforcement from the very first appointment and assured us that she would be able to provide a solution to her problem. It was immediately obvious that she had experience with difficult ostomies and suggested some new appliances and techniques. She gave us guidance and assurance that whatever and whenever we had any issue she would make herself available to us. She lived up to that commitment and found a solution. I made an appointment with Sarah Mpare because the reviews said she was a good listener, thorough…read moreand compassionate. I experienced the complete opposite. Her demeanor was curt. She interrupted me each time I tried to answer a question so I asked her to please let me talk. She became visibly upset with that suggestion and was condescending in her response. After I explained to her why I was seeking medical help she starred at me in silence waiting for permission to speak. It was uncomfortable and off-putting and certainly nothing I have ever experienced from a medical professional. She then tried to hurry me through the conversation. She ordered at CT Scan which I wanted to check for infection. As we review the scan she said no infection was present. She said flippingly that she thought I just had a really bad headache. I was stunned at her lack of caring and her dismissive behavior. She made me feel like my symptoms were a mere headache. I was stunned, shocked and angered. I ended the appointment and walked out. She sent me the visit summary but blocked any response so I was unable to communicate with her. Since then, I have been to urgent care three times and am now meeting with an allergist/immunoligist because of severe food/environmental allergies that have made me very ill. I expect more from a medical professional. I hope Sarah does better for her patients moving forward.
