A year and a half ago, I started seeing Claire and immediately realized that I had found something new. Compassion, trust, accountability, and a strong desire to help me be successful. I had never experienced this level of attention, focus, and ultimately, a sense of success and happiness. Claire provides a comforting approach to dark and difficult places. She allows a natural progression through emotions, conversation, and action items. Therapy requires work, and sometimes we feel discouraged from continuing. Claire makes treatment feel like a mental serum for self-confidence, accomplishment, and motivation. I am a massive supporter of therapy and self-care. I am the best version of myself today because of my work with Claire. I am still working on things in my life, which I believe is a continuous process. I did a total of maybe 4 sessions with her and they were all virtual. I was a bit skeptical about it at first but it worked out just fine. There were no interruptions in our sessions and she always ensured we had a perfect set up before we started. Going through the journeys with her was almost a psychedelic experience for me. So it took an onslaught of hardships for me to finally reach out for help. I was lucky in that I stumbled upon Kavitha quite by chance during her time with the Petaluma Counseling Center -- and I am so very grateful I did. Kavitha possesses a gentle patience. She easily hears and reiterates what is being said underneath it all. She keeps focused and utilizes various metaphors and analogies to promote understanding of what is happening.
