I called on May 1st (I'd allowed myself a buffer day and could wait until May 2nd to pick up). I told her I'd need to pick it up the next day no matter what, even if it wasn't done - she just replied "ok.". So I just walked in there to pick it up and they couldn't even find it for 15 minutes. if someone has called twice that week about it, I'd think you'd try to get it done or, at least, have it ready at the counter for me to pick up. They did give a refund without me having to ask which is the only positive I have to say.

I had to call and text to be given updates and she kept my items 4 weeks without doing anything significant. The dress she opened the sides but not enough. One of the pants she messed with the zipper and didn't have the decency to fix it back before giving it to me. I got sick of her excuses as to why she couldn't get it done. She has cancer, she was out of town, she was busy. It was always one excuse after the next but no work being done to my items. All she had to do was tell me she was too busy. I went and got my things after 4 weeks. Ridiculous. She was nice but is very unprofessional in business. I advise everyone to take your items elsewhere. This was a terrible experience for me and I missed from wearing my suit for the occasion because of her incompetence. I was very disappointment and shouldn't have been charged at all considering how inconsiderate she was of my time. Not good business. This was my experience and it was not good. Bad Business.

On September 19th, I received a call from them asking what font I wanted--something I had already chosen in person. Then, on September 22nd, I went back into the shop to show them the font again, only to be told by the lady at the counter that it was essentially my fault, and that the turnaround would reset another 2-3 weeks. This was incredibly frustrating since I had already explained the urgency on day one and was assured it would be ready. Instead of taking responsibility, they pushed the blame back on me and showed no urgency or care about their mistake. Very unprofessional and unreliable service.
