We ask for some sore of partial refund for the fact that we couldn't be fitted within the last half hour before closure, but they basically said tough luck. Moreover, there was used socks from the last customer in the shoes that were given-yuck. Refrain from using this business at all cost plus they were rude to the ethnically diverse.

I had to call and text to be given updates and she kept my items 4 weeks without doing anything significant. The dress she opened the sides but not enough. One of the pants she messed with the zipper and didn't have the decency to fix it back before giving it to me. I got sick of her excuses as to why she couldn't get it done. She has cancer, she was out of town, she was busy. It was always one excuse after the next but no work being done to my items. All she had to do was tell me she was too busy. I went and got my things after 4 weeks. Ridiculous. She was nice but is very unprofessional in business. I advise everyone to take your items elsewhere. This was a terrible experience for me and I missed from wearing my suit for the occasion because of her incompetence. I was very disappointment and shouldn't have been charged at all considering how inconsiderate she was of my time. Not good business. This was my experience and it was not good. Bad Business.

Not only can they not get the heavy starch right (I get either light starch or none at all) the shirts are also wrinkled on the hangers. I have to press them at home before I can wear them. They also missed starching the khaki pants I brought in twice. The last excuse was that they thought they were supposed to be dry cleaned not laundered. The other excuse was to blame the staff in the back. The end result was they've done a very poor job three times in a row. A $40 - $50 dry cleaning tab is a luxury for me, so when I pay for something I don't get, I take it very personally. This place just plain sucks at what they do. I feel confident that after three attempts and a total of $152.00 spent on poor results, I am not being harsh in my judgement of their performance. There is another dry-cleaner within view of this one. I will be driving the extra block to check them out next time.
