Not once did they ask anyone in the store if they needed help, nor did they greet me, heck they never even left from behind the register. When I asked a them question about a product they did not seem knowledgeable and they didn't attempt to make any recommendations. Why work at a fun store like this to just sit and gossip all day. Most stores I've been in the employees are eager to help. It's sad that I see other people have put in their reviews the lack of customer service they received so apparently the store and management team are okay with this so I will not be back! Update- I spoke with the manager Jovanna about the service received and she was very nice and she was taken back by the situation. I updated my review from one star to three based on her response and promise to make sure my next shopping experience is better.

I'm also kinda self conscious and terrible at 'modeling' or 'posing' but Danika is patient, and works with me to ensure I'm comfortable. With the theme of the shoot being Christmas, we got to have a lot of fun shooting in the most precious location. We used Christmas trees and even ginger bread houses as props.
