Staff here is always really friendly. There was a lady named Marsha and she was just the sweetest. She'd always ask you if you were finding everything alright and would provide her recommendations if you needed them. Because of Covid, they are limiting customers to 24 at a time so if you're going for a sale, you may need to wait outside. read more

Tina is the store manager here at this location. I shop here on a regular basis. It's never been an issue to use two of my free body gift care coupons in two different transactions. She was rude and unprofessional in telling me it's a "policy" not to use two per day and said I have to come back the next day and use it. If the policy changed, I understand. But she was very unaccommodating in giving me a one time courtesy and was very nasty. She seems incompetent in customer service and is adamant on making sure customers leave unhappy. read more

Only a good sale gets me to wake up at 5am. They are currently having the 3 wick candle sale for $9.95. Love that they are observing social distancing and limiting the number of people in the store at a time. All the employees and customers are required to wear their mask, when checking out they have 6 ft apart stickers on the floor to help maintain social distancing. The candles were fully stocked and the associates were very kind in helping me decide on which scents to purchase. read more

This place is a typical Bath and Body works. They had a $12.95 deal going on for 3-wick candles which are retail $24.50. The employees are really helpful and know their stuff. I brought in a candle from the holiday collections and they were able to match it to another one perfectly. The one thing I dont like is how heavily fragrant their products are... heavy fragrances arent good PH to the body, especially around the womens area so I avoid their shower gels and typically their lotions cause I have dry skin/chicken skin on my arms. Also the 3 wick lotions last a long time but for some reason the aroma hurts my eyes after awhile... I would recommend this is a large area for only an hour or two. read more

Us guys have a tough time picking out the right products that our ladies would like. Yes, a gift card is the way to go but this time I decided to go into the store and check it out. I was instantly overwhelmed by all the products to choose from. I asked an associate for some help. The associate Zee (nickname) was able to help me find the right products for my lady and gave wonderful recommendations along the way. There's nothing I love more than fall candles combined with a 2 for $24 sale and a coupon. Yes!! I have never been to this location, I usually shop online because I severely dislike going to the mall in any capacity (unless it's Nordstrom). The bonus about this BBW is the fact that it isn't located in a mall, and that if you know what you want you can be in and out in a matter of minutes. The customer service people in this location are fabulous. You walk in, you are greeted promptly, and they will eagerly direct you to whatever you are looking for. Leaves candles everywhere! I couldn't ask for more! I am anxious to try this place out during an end of season clearance to see if the service is still the same. read more

No matter what kinds of scent you like, i guarantee you will find something here you fall in love with. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgable without being pushy on sales. Absolute worst bath and body works- they had a one day sale, I called them to make sure they had what I wanted because it was a monsoon outside literally very bad storm. I called at 8:15 pm they said yes they would hold the candles for me in winter candy apple and shower gel- I drive in a monsoon due to the sale ending, get there and they have none and lied to me and said they would hold three until I got there it's now 8:43 pm and I'm leaving with nothing. I refuse to give my money to a bunch of liars- they didn't apologize and suggested it was my fault I must have called the wrong store. Worst service ever trying to use a coupon but said online only and I had over 150 worth of stuff. The one in lewisville honor it because I told them the situation and they said they wouldn't ever turn a customer away. I'm giving the one star because the cashier roll her eyes when I said I was not going to take it and the manager was on her phone and didn't care. Let me start by saying this used to be my go-to BBW location. It is not in the mall, which is a huge plus, and they usually get a few things other locations do not. However, my last visit to this location will be my last. There was some signage that was unclear, but no associates around to help. Someone came out of the back to ring, so I got in line and waited. At the register, I asked about the item in question. The woman reached over the counter, grabbed my arm, and led me back to the sign. She then used her finger to point at each word as she read it aloud to me. I stood there in shock. She then said "well I guess that didn't help you did it?!" I pointed out that the sign did not list the price of the item. She made some other comment, and then grabbed my arm again and laughed at me. I called customer service from the parking lot because I was so appalled. The woman I spoke with was very upset at the experience, but upon further investigation discovered it seems that was the MANAGER! So she touched me, spoke to me like I was a child, and made rude comments. I was promised a call from the district manager, but was instead sent a gift card. It has sat unused because I cannot make myself support a company that approves of such behavior. read more
