After talking to Jackson an appointment date was later scheduled by text (no time was given and without contacting me first). when I called the company I was told they would be there early, 8:30 or 9:00 am. at 11 I called, got no answer so I left a message. they arrive shortly after. He said it was an easy fix should be done within an hour. 20 minutes later I went out to see how he was doing and he was gone! Although I was told they would review the project with me before they left but they didn't. The fence was straightened and firmed up but I'm not sure what actually was done. I guess I'll have to for the next hurricane. Better communication is expected no matter the size of the job.

With my last fence installation (less than 2 years ago) I thought perhaps the double gate system was less than stellar, but I did not complain. This, however, is about Casique, not them. Not only did Jose and Kanisha both come quickly to assess (in person) the issue, but they also offered an extremely fair price and, most importantly, service within days! Not weeks, not months, days. I realize writing this that it will not always be the case, as I hope they get more work than they ever expected, but their concern, and empathy are astounding. In this day and age, customer service is imperative for every single business, and that is where they equally excel! I say equally, because the finished product is an order of magnitude better than the previous, came with a custom-created metal frame for rigidity, and the proper number of dropdowns. The construction is obviously superior. If you find yourself needing fences, gates, or anything that Jose and Kanisha do, you would be best served in giving them the business and letting them make you as thrilled as we are. I recently had the occasion to use the services of Sarasota Fence. The quote for the job was reasonable and everything was done as I asked. The workers were here on time and ready to start the job. I was adding a larger gate and the color I had was no longer produced. They used a different color and spray painted it to match my existing fence. They also touched up other areas of my fence while here. The office staff was always available, friendly and helpful. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking to install or repair a fence. read more

Our experience with Sarasota Fence Company was wonderful. They are very professional and let us know what to expect and the timing to put the fence up. I would definitely recommend them as a quality company with a quality product. We put up a 6' vinyl fence with a car gate and a person gate. It was a good sized job which they completed in the time that they promised. I'm happy to say this was a good experience when often projects don't turn out as you would like. After positive past dealings with H&Y I referred them to a member unit-owner to replace a wood courtyard enclosure with vinyl. They were prompt with their estimate and were selected out of three companies by the homeowner to perform the job. The job was completed but needed to be lowered slightly to match the height of others in the Association. Despite a delay caused by the hurricane, Jerry, the owner, saw to it that the adjustment was made to our specifications. Given the relative insignificance of this re-visit in comparison to the volume of fence work a hurricane can produce, H&Y kept their commitment and for that the homeowner and I were thoroughly impressed. It is not often these days that we witness this kind of integrity in business dealings so when we do we must recognize it. At the 7 week mark, I was curious because no one had called me with an update on my order. They said they would call in a couple of weeks once they had my install ready to schedule. Jason did call and schedule for the following week at 9am. There were some set-backs on install day, for I had been scheduled to be 9am and by 10am, no one had shown up or called. Having taken the morning off, I was upset when I ended up having to take the full day off and they didn't even arrive until after 2pm. The crew was very efficient, with Sergio heading the team. They worked for a couple of hours. Glad I was there, to review fence before they finalized or they would have installed the fence sloped to accommodate the yard. Fence should be even, dirt can be added to even the slope of the yard on the side of the house. The posts were corrected and fence install continued. Second day they came back and finished the job. Fence looks great and truly adds value to the house. I think the installation crew is top notch. The office staff really needs to improve on their communication skills with their customers. It's like they don't care about the customer but boy did they call right away to get paid. No one ever apologized for making me wait all day when I had been scheduled for a 9am install.

I googled best garage repair and spoke with Overhead Door Company. I was given a quote (tentatively) over the phone so I knew what to expect financially. When Steve with Overhead Door arrived, I explained to him what happened earlier this morning with the other company, he told me that only the one broken cable needed to be replaced. There was no need to replace the other cable or the Springs, but he would lube the Springs, tighten the cables to ensure that the door would go up and down smoothly. There was no need to remove the entire door. Excellent service! Highly recommend Overhead door Company.I feel that they were fair, honest, reputable, and a good value for the money. Since installing these new doors we've had nothing but trouble with them. Our double garage doors required numerous call backs due to the chain slapping in the track and terrible squeaking and banging noises as the garage door was opening. They finally fixed that issue. We also have the same issue with our single stall garage door now, which has had very little use until my retirement a few months ago. Because it is now getting normal use, it took longer for these issues to manifest. They sent someone out 2 months ago and he fixed the issue, but now they want $155 to re-fix the same issue. When I queried them about this the lady said it's out of warranty and that it's been "years" since they installed the doors. It's actually been less than two years. Knowing what I know now about this company, I wouldn't have used them.
