I regret I cannot accommodate that,". Never mind the obvious contradiction, this individual sounds and acts bizarre. She then sent a formal "non-representation" document without simply asking for another of the "approved" forms of payment. I would warn you to avoid this seeming ailment or illness presented in just a 24 hour time period. Wow.
