Proceeded by prescribing me 800mg of ibuprofen when stated I prefer not to take meds I had a very poor experience at this office. From the moment I scheduled an appointment to getting results of my pap the employees were rude and rushed constantly. This was also my first gynecology visit ever. The doctor was dismissive and barely let me speak or finish my sentences half the time. She started our visit off by letting me know my odds of having diseases were very high. I understand educating but as someone who has anxiety her method of relaying information did not help other than send me into an anxiety attack. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms in the office were not. I had one good encounter with the woman who started my exam and got the pretesting questions done. I feel terrible for not remembering her name because she was the best part of the whole experience. I could hear people talking in other rooms from mine. I also do not prefer meds if not necessary. I mentioned having painful periods and instead of acknowledging I don't want meds, the doctor immediately wrote me a rx for 800mg of Ibuprofen. And said "you don't have to just suffer through them" I did not mention the pain in a way of complaining, I was just trying to explain the things I had been experiencing. I wasn't looking for a pain med. I also told her I took magnesium and iron. Her response to magnesium was "that won't do anything for you" and for iron "I don't know who told you, you need iron" I may be new to the world of getting paps and gynecology but I think I know myself and my body well enough to know it needs vital minerals and vitamin like magnesium and iron. Even if she were right, this is not how you should be talking to your patients. She information overloaded me from the moment I walked and barely let me speak about my preferences, worries and concerns. Following my visit I called after three weeks just to confirm my results were indeed clear with the staff. The lady on the phone was very rude and again would not let me finish my questions before she tried to spew out answers. She told me they didn't give results over the phone, then tried telling me it takes two weeks to get results back. Finally when she listened to my whole question she realized I just wanted to confirm my results were clear. It would have taken 2 minutes. Immediately following my visit I had a panic attack because I was so overwhelmed and worried about my health. I decided to get a second opinion with another doctor. My second doctor told me I didn't need the meds she prescribed me. That she thought it was something entirely different. They listened to my concerns and worked with me to game plan how to narrow down what has been causing my symptoms. They LISTENED. If you've been seeing her for years and enjoy your experience great. I would not recommend this office if it is your first visit or if you have concerns you would like to discuss and game plan for treatment.

Your appointment was at 2:40". Then mumbled something about me not filling out forms in portal which I did right before I left! Wow. Shame on me for being late, shame on them for not giving grace to a new customer who has never been to the location! They need to work on their customer service skills. Dr. Hanna is money first, patient last. If ever. Any concern…read moreI've ever brought to her, she has brushed off. Any referral I've asked for, she has told me I need to figure that out with my insurance, myself. She breaks everything possible into multiple visits so that billing happens as much as possible. For my last appointment, I had a urinalysis that she admitted she never reviewed, even though it was a severe issue that needed immediate care. I had to make a new appointment a week later to review those results because I still wasn't feeling well. When I told her it was unacceptable that she never reviewed my results, she said "it's Monday" and "you're not my only patient", I said it's been a week and that's a terrible way to treat a patient. She back tracked immediately and said she did review my results and never followed up because she didn't need to. She then began being very condescending to me and even told me she doesn't need to mother me or check back in (and denied telling me to call her if I needed a medication change, as my infection was a tricky one to treat). I again, told her this is very condescending as I was just following exactly what she told me to do. She actually hung up on me during this telehealth video call. She is truly the only PCP that was available when I moved here and it is clear why. The office itself is so gross and creepy. She's cared a lot more about my outfits I wore to my appointments, than my family's colorful cancer history! This was my final straw after her lack of care for 2 years, so this is probably a blessing in disguise for me!

I will not be taken advantage of and will always stand up for myself and the red flags this place was waving did not fly with me. 1) They want you to sign a document stating that they can charge you a day before a visit (they say it is for telehealth only but the "legal document" does not specify telehealth). 2) Go to pay your copay $1, but surprise there is a $10 minimum charge and I never carry cash. Not anywhere in their signage or documents does it go over a minimum. The old Indian man at the front office tried to tell me I can't go anywhere like a store or restaurant and pay less than $10....WRONG!! I already tried to leave the office because they couldn't conduct business properly and as I'm walking out they called me back to the desk and try to explain more, as I'm saying that they can not charge me more than the $1 copay the office man said that I would not be a good fit for the office...DUH!!! I was already on my way out the door. 3) The office is disgusting, I have to unfortunately go where my insurance is covered and I made a poor choice going here. I can't believe this place is still in business. It's so unfortunate for those who don't have access to better care than this. I thought I liked the Dr. and Nurse Ann, but the front desk staff and their policy is atrocious.

Sara holds upmost professionalism with all the patients and other staff. He soft spoken ways, knowledge and the kind welcome smile goes such a long way in the profession we are in. She provides information and encouragement with all callers into the clinic having conclusion in the conversation "hope you feel better" what's better than those words to a distressed caller!
