The letter says " after thoughtful consideration" so you mean you planned to do this the entire time? I find it hard to believe that you came up with this drastic business decision in less than two months so why would you accept new patients if you knew this was the outcome for us? Just another reason to take as much money as humanly possible from first time parents. And now we're being passed around like paperwork to see which doctor will take us...they took forever scheduling our appointments so we are not having our anatomy scan until 25 weeks through the pregnancy, which is a whole lot late according to everything online. This entire experience has been a complete disappointment and I would recommend that anyone be very careful when considering this practice for your medical needs. They only have their best interests in mind not yours and they will do whatever they can to avoid anytime of ownership. Not even a phone call or an email, literally a letter in the mail. You do not care about your patients and we will 100% never use you for any medical services in the future. Except for the ones you've already made us pay for of course. He guided me through the unique expectations of a twin birth with clear communication, while still honoring and adapting my birth plan as much as possible. I have been a patient of Dr. Henson and now Dr. Garner, who are both amazing. After experiencing some health issues, Dr. Henson has recommended me to Dr. Garner after suggesting that I may have endometriosis. Dr. Garner is a surgeon, so he had told me that I could have a laparoscopic surgery done in order to assess and, if present, remove the endometriosis. The surgery went amazing and it was confirmed, which gave me such a big sense of relief. He is an incredibly caring doctor and he listens to his patients. I am so happy to finally have an answer. I couldn't recommend these doctors more!

The admin staff was very friendly and professional; the wait room is lovely; I hardly had time to sit down before I was called back to see the doctor; and, the support staff for the doctors are incredibly kind. I was there to see Dr. Erin Manglardi, and she was exactly who I needed to see today. She was friendly, a great listener, encourager, and gave me the information I was looking for regarding HRT for post menopausal women like me. I never felt rushed during our discussion and I appreciated her positivity regarding my approach to trying to be proactive health wise. Like some of the other comments, I do not like leaving a credit card on file with anyone, but this office doesn't give you a choice in that regard.
