We…read moresigned up as a new patient in March and here we are in May getting a letter that says they've discontinued OB practices conveniently during our due date window. The letter says " after thoughtful consideration" so you mean you planned to do this the entire time? I find it hard to believe that you came up with this drastic business decision in less than two months so why would you accept new patients if you knew this was the outcome for us? Just another reason to take as much money as humanly possible from first time parents. And now we're being passed around like paperwork to see which doctor will take us...they took forever scheduling our appointments so we are not having our anatomy scan until 25 weeks through the pregnancy, which is a whole lot late according to everything online. This entire experience has been a complete disappointment and I would recommend that anyone be very careful when considering this practice for your medical needs. They only have their best interests in mind not yours and they will do whatever they can to avoid anytime of ownership. Not even a phone call or an email, literally a letter in the mail. You do not care about your patients and we will 100% never use you for any medical services in the future. Except for the ones you've already made us pay for of course. They force the use of their patient portal on a level. Dr. Jaime (the young guy) was new to the practice and I did my best to assume the best. He repeatedly would dismiss my opinions and questions and told me I was foolish for doing my Iv therapy and that nobody in there remind me to do that. I informed him that's a strong opinion for something that helped me the entire purchase pregnancy I had stay hydrated. I dreaded every visit where I was scheduled with him and the last experience was me asking him NOT to perform a membrane sweep but to give a Bishops score. He proceeded to tell me he was checking my cervic (which is a part of the Bishop score) and then he proceeded to do a membrane sweep which risk my water breaking when I was already passed due, and it was something I had specifically asked them not to do. I felt extremely violated and was crying hysterically and luckily, my husband was with me and was able to go back into the office and have a talk with her office manager. They did their best but it was still pretty mortifying and not something that will allow me to return to the practice. Even the women there are phenomenal doctors it's not worth it to be in that practice for me when my opinions weren't just ignored but I ended up feeling physically violated. Highly recommend finding another practice.

The office manager took it completely unto herself to cancel all my upcoming appointments as well as not letting me return and make a new appointment.I had to cancel an Ultrasound Dr. Sudbury ordered because she would not let me come back and its not just that, like I said the staff is rude.
