They all been very kind with me,I especially like the nurses she is a sweetheart,always in a good mood and willing to help. Before our insurance plan wasn't covering my birth control and it have been more than $300 to just get 1month supplies,they always offered coupons and sometimes they also give me free samples,which was a huge help at the time! They took me back before my actual apptmt time (8:40) and I was out of there within 20-30 min. No joke. But Dr Alvarez still spent time covering everything and he was so professional and friendly. The first time I waited 30 minutes to see the NP. The second time I waited 40 minutes to see the NP. The third time I waited an hour to see the doctor and still did not see the doctor and I walked out and they literally didn't care! All the receptionists, techs and doctors have a rude nonchalant attitude! it's an awful practice!!!! please do not go there.... Not to mention the office is WAY outdated and dirty!!
