They did refund the majority of the cost. Agree it is rare equipment but it was specifically mentioned up front. Also, still no idea why the acid feeder wasn't worked on.

The plumbing has one pipe 20 inches from the second twisted pipe which is 25 inches from the third one and 10 inches from the fourth one. It is not holding pressure. The six to 8 weeks has become almost one year and he wants me to give him the last payment and trust him that he will bring the equipment and bond the pool. He also cut my brand new solar system above the valves, which he took with him. Run, do not walk, run away from this company.
