Did mutter about "not liking" the piece of equipment I upfront specifically arranged for them to look at and then did nothing with it. I spent a few minutes myself looking at one of them and determined that a check valve was stuck closed. I spent another few minutes looking at the piece of equipment I asked them to and then the manual online and then solved that problem - actually it also solved the third problem as well. They did refund the majority of the cost. Agree it is rare equipment but it was specifically mentioned up front. Also, still no idea why the acid feeder wasn't worked on.

However later we found out that it doesn't worth the money we paid. The guys who took care of our pool are new, don't have any experience or knowledge about what they are doing. Couple times they forgot to turn the valves back on after they were done with "cleaning". The guy just left 3 minutes ago and here is my pool, didn't even bother to brush it.
