Please take a few minutes before ever paying a single cent to this company…read more I'd give 0 stars if possible... Hiedi started off very friendly and nice. My wife and I were eager to book our photographer for our big day. The package we chose was $1000.00, which was right within our budget. It included an engagement session, save the date/thank you cards, prints, and a few other odds and ends. It was also suppose to include an hour of Hiedi's time at our wedding rehearsal (more on that shortly), as well as up to 10 hours on our wedding day. She did our engagement photos at a local park, edited them and had them to us within a short amount of time. They looked great and we were happy. Things soon went downhill. On the evening of our rehearsal, Hiedi sent my wife a text stating she wasn't feeling well and ended up not showing up. We put this behind us hoping for a better tomorrow. On the big day, Hiedi met the girls and photographed them getting ready at a local salon, then our hotel. She also took some pictures of the guys after we were ready. Fast forward to the ceremony and we said our I do's. There were lots of friends and family members taking pictures as we walked down the isle, but only one photographer. During our initial consultation Hiedi mentioned she'd have a second shooter to help get additional photos and cover different angles. During the cocktail hour, we took various group pictures before proceeding into the introductions, dinner, dancing and cake. Hiedi seemed to be taking pictures of all of these things when she wasn't leaning against the bar. We enjoyed our night, and looked forward to getting our pictures. We soon found out that Hiedi was very poor at communicating back to us. We had checked in with Hiedi on several occasions via Facebook messages, trying to check the status of our photos. On every occasion she had a new excuse. First it was her being too busy and wanting to take some time away from work, then her laptop "crashed" and would need to buy new software and install it on her son's computer. Then Christmas break which she took over 2 weeks off without talking to us. 90 days came and went. We were disappointed because we were hoping to have our pictures to use as Christmas gifts to some family members. Communications then ceased, and my Wife and I were blocked on facebook, unable to figure out where our $1000 worth of pictures, and priceless memories were. It unfortunately came to threatening legal action. Hiedi seemed very angry that we were not sympathizing her for her personal issues. I gave her an ultimatum, our pictures or civil court. Two days after my ultimatum had passed, we received a dvd in the mail from Hiedi. My wife eagerly waited for me to get home from work to open up the files. We were greeted with 500+ pictures. We were ecstatic. It had been nearly 5 months since our wedding and we couldn't wait to see our beautiful pictures we were promised. Our joy soon turned to tears. The first 112 pictures were of the girls getting ready. There were many many duplicates including all the bad shots that were out of focus or poorly lit. As we continued looking through the pictures, they seemed to dark and dingy and appeared to have zero editing done. This was especially noticeable when compared to the pictures from our engagement session. Then it hit us. We had just gotten through the 500 pictures which ended with the group shots. This was the end of the slideshow There was one single picture from the reception. ONE PICTURE. There were no pictures of the introductions, the first dance, the father daughter dance, the mother and son dance. NOT ONE. My wife turned to me and cried. We are so very disappointed, it is nearly beyond words. Hiedi photographed a few other couples' weddings that we know of, and all are in the same boat. Money taken, no pictures to show within the contract dates. We have no way of contacting Hiedi as she has closed her studio, changed phone numbers, and blocked us on Facebook. We have resorted to having our friends and family attempting to contact her. Unfortunately, the next step is back to Fulton County Court. Take it from me, do yourself a favor and DO NOT SUPPORT THIS THIEF! John

It is not typical of me to fill out online reviews, however, I do not wish this service on any one…read moreand I feel that I should warn someone so they do not go through the same thing I did. We booked Heidi because I had seen some pictures she had done at another wedding. Her prices were great and she seemed like a really nice person upon our first meeting. I found out later that she is not a professional photographer. She appears to have no training in photography at all. I say this based on the fact that my sister was married just 4 months after me and her photographer knew exactly what she was doing- posing us, changing lenses, directing us for lighting and making sure the photos moved along and we got all the poses my sister wanted for her day. Shortly after my wedding Heidi posted about 7 photos on facebook, they were gorgeous and I was ecstatic! I soon found out they would be the ONLY fantastic pictures I would be receiving. She said it would take a max of 3 months before we got photos, I assumed that would be the high end estimate for the time it would take so I didn't check in with her until about 2 months or so. She advised she would have them done closer to the three month mark, I checked in with her at the end of three months, still no photos. At the end of four months we finally got our CD. The pictures were every photo she had taken, all unedited, one in black/white and the other in color. I was upset to see that none were edited but I thought I would just order my prints with her and be done with the whole thing. I ordered some on shutterfly and ordered most of my larger 5x7 prints via email w/ Heidi as they were part of my package. I told her they would be Christmas gifts and that I would need them at least a week before Christmas. We originally had issues getting the CD she had sent me and the CD she had to match, we emailed a few times and I sent screen shots so we were on the same page. I never heard back so I assumed she had matched them up and ordered the prints. My mistake. I checked in with her about 5 days before Christmas via her Facebook business page as her studio phone had been disconnected. After a day with no answer I was getting worried about getting the prints so I messaged her on her personal facebook page. She answered back that she was sorry but she was unable to ever match the CD to hers and was unable to order the prints but that she would send me $50 so I could order my own. I was upset as I had purchased frames for pictures as gifts that were now going to stay empty. About 2 weeks later I have not received a check and she has blocked me from communicating with her on facebook and I have no number to contact her. I should have spoken up each step along the way that I felt let down, I shouldn't have booked her based on a few photos and I shouldn't have trusted my big day to someone whom I didn't have a personal reference for. I hope no one else will suffer the same mistake.
