A faulty or stuck valve caused the push rod to bend and damaged the rocker guide. Had to pull the cylinder head to repair. Keeping Atlantic marine in the loop I contacted their warranty department and filled out a warranty authorization form via e-mail. they approved the repair and agreed to reimburse a little over $1600.00 for the repairs. After a dozen or so emails and phone calls they still haven't paid this claim. They are masters at making excuses and saying they will call back or that the warranty person was not in. they never call back and never resolved this claim. I'm a boat repair shop in Washington state with 38 years experience and also a master technician. As far as i'm concerned this in not an honest or honorable company. take my advise do not do business with Atlantic marine. No stars should be an option!!!!!

The sales person, Angelo a really funny guy with a great deal of knowledge and understanding, knew exactly what we were looking for. They don't try to push you into something that is just not right for you. He led us to a 2013 Tidewater with Yamaha engine. It was like Cinderella and the glass slipper, it fit us and our needs to a fault. Then came the hard part, Fausto the finance manager took our trade and application and in no time had us financed with very reasonable rate. It really only took a couple of hours and we where off the great big blue and a new Tidewater 20 footer. We spend the next few days either on the water or preparing to go out. This has been by far the best experience I have ever had in purchasing any type of vessel. I highly recommend The Marine Collection.
