Roberto took my windshield to make a new one and said he'd have it done by the weekend. I called and no answer. I didn't need the boat that week so I gave him more time. Never heard from him. I called my friend and he said he tried to call and no answer. I did get in touch once but he said plexiglass was on back order. After a couple of unanswered calls and me out of town for 10 days I finally got in touch with him with him on 9/18 after me and Robert called many times. He came to my house to replace it. I wasn't there. My glass was clear and he brought a dark tented glass and put it on. He sent me a picture and requested a Zelle payment. I left a check for him but he wouldn't take it. We took the boat out the next day and we couldn't see through this windshield. I called him right away and told him. He said he'd come Monday and replace my old one and refund me. He said he doesn't do clear glass. Well on Wednesday I wrote him and ask when was he coming. He refused to return my glass and take his. He then said he would for 50% of my money back. He became rude and we have had words for 2 days. Me begging him to make it right. He refuses! I looked up his company through Sunbiz and dbpr and see nothing on his name or business. He definitely is not paying taxes. He refused to give me a receipt. No response. He is advertising different prices then charging people more. He also is not using marine parts on the boats. DON'T trust Roberto Camba a liar and bad business!!!

The on line help chat person would NOT state which was right only to say but the item and you will get a voucher. Even with the so call Yachtaid bucks the item was cheaper almost everywhere else. OK , I did my homework, the real issue for everyone to avoid is: In order to create an account you must agree Yachtaid can use your personal data as they see fit to sell, market, or anything else Yachtaid chooses.
