I have used this company for my internet for over 5 years. I have had multiple outages over the years. I have tolerated their terrible rude customer service. Saturday was my last straw. I will no long put up with the rudeness and lack courtesy. They state in their rules they will not tolerate anyone being rude. Let me tell I was never rude until Saturday. They were rude every time I had to contact them. I let them know I was canceling. Now their message is that if they try to resolve the issue they will not issue a refund for services that I have paid for but not receive. In other words they are keeping my money. I only had internet for 3 days. I have contacted the credit company and will now move forward with that. I am worried that they will continue to bill me. This service was fine the first few years, but recently has gone to crap. I've had 7 outages in the past few months of the WiFi not being able to connect to any devices. When trying to connect I get a pop up screen telling me I've used all my prepaid data with at&t, but I don't have any prepaid services with at&t, and I don't know what they have to do with my WiFi. Customer service not helpful and even got a little snippy the past two times this occurred. I don't know what happened with this company but do not use them for your WiFi service. Terrible! Service goes out monthly. Most of the time they can't fix without new SIM card sent to you and that takes up to one week to receive. They use to be the only provider for my rural area but now Star-link and Spectrum are available. They're nothing but middle men between people in rural areas of Alabama and AT&T. Their customer service is abysmal and you can only do online support tickets. Many outages that take days or longer to be fixed, whereas a real ISP would have it fixed in a few hours, or a day at most. This place is a complete joke. Sadly nobody else offered 5g internet at our location in Hayden. Called, messaged and looked online to see they are open 6 hours a day, 3 days a week (Yes, a 18 hour work week). Since my options were them or nothing I gave them a try. Ordered the 5g home service at the start of April and was told the modem would be delivered 4/20-21. That time came and went with nothing. Called 3 times a day and went directly to hold and waited 30-45+ minutes each time, no answer. Got an automated email with a tracking number 4/26 but it never activated. Called 20+ times over the next week before I got in touch with somebody. They told me it would go out that day (it never did). I went to their website and created a ticket on 5/14 which they responded to within an hour. They told me the package was lost by USPS and they would ship another that day and it would be delivered in 2 business days. 2 business days came and went, nothing. I responded to the ticket asking for updates and got no answer. Called again multiple times and couldn't get an answer. 6 days have gone by with no response to the 2nd or a 3rd update I made to the ticket and no reply and no answer to more phone calls. Bottom line, avoid this company at ALL COST. They are a complete waste of time, have horrible customer service and have taken nearly 2 months after debiting my bank account nearly 400.00 for "startup fees and equipment programming" and I'm still without internet. read more

I would do 0 stars if possible. We tried getting internet through sardis. On 1/12, We ordered a package, paid them and then I found the BBB reviews. I instantly became sick after receiving their welcome email and seeing the reviews. I tried calling them immediately to cancel with no answer. (Common review from BBB) I opened a dispute with my CC company two days later after no answer. The credit card company issued me a temporary refund until the dispute was complete. On the 15th I submitted a help ticket through sardis as a last ditch effort and didn't receive an email back until 1/18. On 1/18 they issued a refund. I get an email from Sardis today on 1/21 saying they have reported me to the authorities for fraud because I received two refunds (I didn't). They gave me a link to respond to the email but they disabled my account so I couldn't respond. This company is pathetic and rude to their customers right off the bat. I cannot understand why they are allowed to even be open as a business still. I'm glad I took screenshots of emails and tickets because all of my account information was wiped ( sketchy). I don't know what I would do without this company and the internet they provide. Is it perfect? No, it's not, but neither is any other provider that I've used before. What this company did is allowed me to get rid of the outdated and terrible AT&T DSL service that was literally $150 a month for 6mbps download and 750 kilobits a second upload. In reality, the DSL didn't come even close to providing what was promised. This company, on the other hand, has given me the promised speeds and more. I get up to 50 Mbps down and 5 to 15mbps up most of the time. Sometimes during peak hours I do get about 6mbps down but it's usually not too long and it's just because everyone is on the Internet at the same time. Usage has gone up like crazy due to so many people working from home but they've done well to keep up. The Internet is truly unlimited and not throttled at all. Additionally, the ping rate recently went from an average of about 200ms to 40ms (which is great for video and better for gaming). The cost is cheaper than a couple options that aren't as good and the Internet is actually portable if you get an adapter for your vehicle. As far as customer service, I've not experienced anything bad or anyone mean. I have experienced a bit of time to turnaround a modem one time but they clearly communicated their challenges with me and they did exactly what they promised. They are a smaller business that actually makes me feel like I matter more as a customer. They are also providing an option to rural people who have no other choice but slow satellite (with a terrible ping rate and limited data). You do have to position the modem just right to get the best speeds but that is a challenge of getting service where there is no land based fiber or coax to the home. Pros: Totally unlimited high speed data Can be portable wherever there is AT&T cellular Not tough to get started (but does require testing to get the best speeds, or get a cell booster) Cheaper than other fixed wireless available to me Cons: May take a few days to get the modem to start due to demand Does require more effort to get the most out of it Starting service requires an upfront charge (but not $499 like some other options) read more

At this time, we do not offer the ability to pickup self-connection kits at our office locations, delivery is required. We are unable to keep enough equipment provisioned and ready for pickup. We get shipments from our supplier multiple times per week, and then our staff must manually configure each Router and Modem. This process takes a few days, and then the modem is shipped to you." This should have answered all of your questions, and informed you when to expect the order and that pickup was not an option. Additionally, you are welcome to do a chargeback, however since you agreed to the terms of service, the chargeback would actually be fraud, and we would turn this over the the correct people to be handled, additionally your bank will charge you an administrative fee for filing a fraudulent chargeback. I would personally like to say I am sorry you were unhappy when you called in. I have not had a chance to listen to the recording, but I can assume from this ticket that you probably were informed to read all of the details we send out when you place an order, so you would have a clear understanding. Usually when we have customers who get upset, it is 99% of the time due to their failure to read information already provided to them, and for some reason they then decide to lash out like children and not actually go read the information they already ignored. How it becomes our failure, when you didn't do something is beyond me, but is inline with the decline of this country and the fact people today are not willing to take any personal responsibility. We signed up Feb 2020,received our 'modem' March 2020. We had great service as well as customer service if you want to count the one time time in April 2021 with no problems until after that,when things has went sour since then. -In June of 2021 we've consistently had to reset modem (I can't count how many times a day) poor and weak service as well. Sometimes for hours with complete outag everyday since the last week of June 2021. This is December 30,2021 with 6 months of terrible service as well as my phone not connecting at all for the the last six months we was finally able to take our modem for an 'update' December 17,2021 which was our choice because of the mail service. -with that being said,my monthly invoice was still sent with the same price as the last 22 months. I've talked highly about them to others,sent them referrals and the last referral was very difficult to get my $25 credit.-I spent a half a day Monday,December 27,2021 on hold with a click and instant hang up then redial to talk to them about my bill with no luck at all. ABSOULTELY HORRIBLE. I do not recommend. I ordered service at the beginning of April. I wanted until the end of July and still received no modem or information of my modem being shipped. I finally went with a different company who could come in a few days. I cancelled my service on July 28th. TWO WEEKS LATER I receive the modem... I had called and told I was returning the modem since I had already cancelled two weeks prior. The lady was extremely rude even though I was being patient and nice. I mailed it back and waited for my refund. By the time the end of August rolled around I was still waiting for my refund, so I called. They said the refunds were distributed at the end of the month. It is not the end of NOVEMBER and I still have yet to receive my refund of 260.00 which they obviously INSTANTLY withdraw the day I ordered my service.. We LOVED the service for months until...Our router went out and they told us to mail the old one back and they would send us a new one. After being ghosted for 5 days and not replying to my husband's email, I finally emailed them and got a response. They told us they are working on ours and they have no new ones to send us. Great. Horribly slow internet speeds, and spotty service. Coupled with an incredibly rude staff. If you call the tech support line you have to listen to a 5 minute commercial about their services. Then a 10 minute spill about how they won't tolerate rudeness. Their internet goes out (which can happen to any service) but the main problem with this company is their customer service. It is without question the Worst I have ever seen. Their directions for submitting a ticket are riddled with condescending remarks, insults, and tirades against their customers. You must read all the unkind and downright childish comments peppered through the instructions or you may miss something, and they state they will not help you if you don't read it all. Sardistel (now Fuzion) knows this to be the case for most of their customers. They are rude, infuriating, incompetent, and demeaning. Doubt me? Call (256) 400-0011 and press '1' '3' for residential internet technical support and sit through their scolding. I am their best-case customer -- a technical professional who requires zero hand holding -- just take my money and provide service as promised. But I have *monthly* complete service outages on the 23rd. They bill me with automated precision on the 15th but always fail to complete the loop with Verizon (or maybe pay the Verizon bill?) to authorize my re-sold Verizon service to continue to operate for the next paid-for month. Usually I get cut off on Friday nights at midnight and SardisTel business hours are M-F. It is *mandated* that service problems be filed using their online ticketing system (how does one DO that exactly if you've got a complete service outage?) but no one responds to these tickets in a timely manner regardless of the urgency marked for the ticket. Best you can do is hope to get their after-hours answering service. The owner's name is Warren Sandusky, an Auburn Alum who apparently resides near Guntersville, but I have yet to find a means of contact to address my issues.
