My wife and I moved to Gadsden and purchased an older house. We was renovating and doing most of the work ourselves to save money . We started seeing the lights flicker going off and coming on, we thought we may have hit something or maybe caused a short in the wiring. I called Christian Electric the next day . They scheduled someone to come out and look over my situation. I also called another company and called a couple friends just to get the language and to educate myself so I could understand what they were gonna tell me . We had experienced some bad weather . We called Christian Electric on a Saturday and it was a little late in the day already. Within the hour the owner himself gave us a call and ask about our situation. He knew we needed help and we was gonna need the help before Monday. He took our number and said he would call us back. Not really thinking he was gonna call us back on a Saturday evening . And I was right , he didn't call back, he actually showed up at our home and worked till we had everything up and running. I couldn't tell you how blown away we were at the Customer Service we received that evening. And because it was on a Saturday we expected to be given a huge bill. But because there was a lot of people in bad shape he didn't just price gouge us . The bill was fair and my wife and I now have a company we know we can count on in tones of trouble. DJ and Michell from Christian Electric did outstanding work. We had electrical issues that caused us to shut off the main breaker and leave the house for safety reasons. When I called them, they made us a priority due to the severity of the situation. They were knowledgeable and professional. DJ prepared multiple quotes and options to get us back into the house and to upgrade all existing electrical to code. I had a bad wall plug, complete with burned wiring. I called Christian at 8:00 AM Shaun showed up at 8:35 AM, and did his thing, and had it fixed and was gone by 9:AM. You can't beat that. He explained everything including pricing along the way, and was a complete gentleman. These people did a new breaker box for me 10+ years ago and added a new circuit.
