I happened to come across the dress on the Roxanne's Runway website, so I called in about it. The owner picked up wight away and she answered all of my questions. I was purchasing this dress for the surprise wedding that we had for our parents in December 2016. I had a ton of questions because I was not able to try the dress on, and the owner was great with telling me how to take my measurements to be sure that I was getting the correct size for alterations, etc. This was all over the phone, so I was grateful she took the time! I ordered the dress and it was in my hands 4 days later. It was beautifully wrapped and flawless. The dress itself needed a lot of extra work to fit me, but that was all up to the seamstress here in California :) Huge thank you the Roxanne's Runway for getting me this beautiful dress for our wedding day!

We made no demands, just simply made a request. We knew it was a long shot, but figured we would ask. We would have been okay with confirmation of the no return policy, but the owner was nothing but rude and condescending. She went so far as requesting the shirt be tried on and strung us along. She could have politely stated the policy and left it at that. Furthermore, we would have shopped and would have purchased an expensive dress! I have shopped at this store frequently and was well prepared to do so again. I will never again recommend, bring my friends and family here, or myself shop. I had been willing to spend a bit more to shop local, but I refuse to do so when having to endure an arrogant, snooty, sarcastic attitude. Having never shopped for wedding dresses before, one would expect to be politely guided and assisted in dressing. OH NO...not here! I was handed each dress to put on and then had to navigate the train by myself out the dressing room onto the viewing podium. When I was on the podium, she would not help adjust anything or explain how it would look more tailored to my body. I would ask how it would look hemmed and the response was "the same but shorter". No kidding! I wanted her to help tuck it or lift it up to take a look. She stood in the doorway of the dressing room like she could care less, we had to ask for her to show us what it would look like bustled as well. If we didn't ask, there was no help! I tried on many dresses during my 3 hour experience. I asked for a bottle of water or any beverage they had on hand and was told they didn't have any. The lack of attention to guests' needs is totally unacceptable for an establishment that has been in the area for so many years. In the end, I found a dress that I liked, but I decided not to purchase it. I realized that if this is how I was treated during the shopping process, I would be treated the same if not worse during the alteration process. The service made me go elsewhere. Do not go here.

Back when I got my prom dress they were timely and the ladies working were helpful picking out my dress. When I started shopping for my wedding dress they rushed me through my appointment which was lame. I have come back to get bridesmaids dresses only because they are decently priced and have a great collection of dresses to pick from. If you order a dress from here expect it to take a long time to come in which is fine if they remember to call you when it is in. My last dress purchase I had to call and check because they never informed me it was in. Overall decent prices but service can be lacking.
