It's very conveniently located in a mall, the ladies are VERY quick with their work, and they do a wonderful job! It's also very reasonably priced. They were pretty busy for a Saturday morning, so I had to wait a few minutes to be helped, although I was acknowledged right away and the sales associate said she'd help me in a minute. I came in with an idea of what shoes I wanted, and told her so. She took a look at the shoes I currently had and explained they were a different type than what I was looking for, at which point I explained those weren't working for me so I wanted to try something. As the store was busy, two of the sales associates 'tag teamed' working with me, which I didn't mind because both were friendly and I didn't have to keep repeating what I was looking for. They both listened as I explained what worked (and didn't) with my current shoes and what I was looking for in new shoes (I'm coming off a tibial stress fracture, so I need cushioning). I ended up getting the BRAND NEW Brooks Levitate, which they told me was first being offered that day (whoop whoop!). They were also understanding when I explained I was from Chicago and, if there was an issue with the shoes, I likely wouldn't be able to bring them back within the period for returns. They were nice enough to put a note in the system to extend that period until I was up next, as long as the shoes were still in good condition. Overall, they were incredibly helpful and offered good advice in picking out a shoe. I never felt rushed (even though they were busy) or pressured to pick the higher end shoe (I came to that conclusion on my own). Even though I don't live in the area, I'd definitely go back there if I had the chance.

This store is great if you're a new or experienced runner....or like me not a runner.  The sales are friendly, knowledgeable and even saw them handle multiple customers with no problem. The have all kinds of running accessories like socks, shirts, shorts, water bottles....whatever you need they have it. As I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a sales associate.  I told him what I needed, he then had me walk a little bit and stand on something that showed the curve in my foot so he could find the perfect shoe for me.   He brought out several options for me to try, and told me what I should be expecting in a good shoe.  That helped a lot when making my decision. I was there for about 15 minutes and I walked away with a new pair of shoes.  Now I did pay more than I usually would for shoes, but I know I got a good quality of shoes. I hope they will last me for a while.

He made many comments about my previous shoes that I did not appreciate. He made another comment when my boyfriend went to pay saying, "Oh you're paying? Sounds about right." These days, large men's stores are hiring younger, cheaper and typically unprofessional people to represent their brand. In my opinion, the lack of experience and poor customer service is unacceptable and not doing them any favors. For my wedding, I wanted more. Getting fitted for a tuxedo should be a memorable experience. For many, it is the first and only experience they will have! For this reason, I did some homework before choosing the tuxedo shop for my wedding. I wanted a professional touch, with charm and expertise. A local business that has not lowered the bar, hoping nobody will know the difference. I wanted a place my groomsmen would remember and get the professional service they deserve. That place was Bill Paul Limited. Dennis and Michael did a fantastic job. They were extremely polished and professional. They took 'that extra step' and made sure measurements were accurate and orders went smoothly. My groomsmen looked fantastic. The tuxes were perfect and fit well. I should add that this level of service did not come at a premium. I actually found Bill Paul to be just as affordable as the other men's stores. Pleasant surprise! Bill Paul Limited exceeded my expectations and I could not be more pleased.
