We would have been okay with confirmation of the no return policy, but the owner was nothing but rude and condescending. She went so far as requesting the shirt be tried on and strung us along. She could have politely stated the policy and left it at that. Furthermore, we would have shopped and would have purchased an expensive dress! I had been willing to spend a bit more to shop local, but I refuse to do so when having to endure an arrogant, snooty, sarcastic attitude. I asked the sales associate what the problem was, and she just rudely replies "that's the only one we have." I just drove 40 mins to get to this appointment on time and I was incredibly disappointed. After calling all over the state of WI and norther IL, Victorian Bridal offered me the best price and quickest shipping for my bridal gown. They even offered a discount on my veil as part of a promotion. When my dress arrived a few months later, I went to my first appointment at VB for a fitting. The building is very unassuming, but trust me when I say this is a store of true professionals. I had my dress altered at VB, and subsequently came back three more times (driving all the way from Chicago where I live). Their staff is courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. In the end, my bridal gown fit me perfectly after their expert alterations! I highly recommend VB if you live anywhere in the Central WI area. Even if you don't it's worth the trip!

They can't clean leather jackets at this location so they had to send it somewhere else. Right off the bat they told me it was going to take a couple of weeks to get done, plus a week to deliver my jacket to the cleaner. I wasn't thrilled about that, but did appreciate them telling me up front. It seems like they don't clean leather jackets often because the employee said she doesn't do it often and had to ask two different people how to ring up my jacket. They asked me if they should call me when the jacket is done. I said yes, but a week after when it was supposed to be done, I called to see if it was ready for pick up. I've never had any problems here before but cleaning this jacket was a little more of a hassle than I expected. SIDE NOTE - The front counter is hollowed out in the front and there's a section filled Dum Dums. I always have to take one....or three. Of course I always pick the mystery flavors because I live life on the wild side.
