This was my first-ever cosmetic surgery, so I was definitely nervous, but it's something I've wanted for a long time. I flew in from Denver because I didn't feel confident in my local options, and after a lot of research, I found Dr. Franco through Bliss, which connects patients with vetted and highly reputable plastic surgeons. I immediately felt I made the right choice. My pre-op appointment was smooth and efficient. I arrived a few minutes early, and they brought me back almost immediately. Dr. Franco walked me through everything step by step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood the process. On the day of surgery, even though I was anxious, I felt completely taken care of. The entire team from the nurses to the nurse anesthetist to Dr. Franco himself , made me feel safe and supported. After my nose was broken in an abusive incident, I contacted Dr. Weinfeld's office for a revision consultation. The first nurse was kind and said they could get me in quickly. When my financial situation improved a couple weeks later, I reached out again and explained the urgency. Another nurse then reviewed my message and told me they no longer wanted to take me on as a patient. This was very distressing, especially as someone reaching out for help after trauma. When I called to clarify, I received scripted, dismissive responses and no willingness to reconsider. I'm posting this so others know how the staff handled my situation. If you need supportive or compassionate care during a vulnerable time, please take my experience into account.

I was so confused on how to find a surgeon QUICKLY and where to go for surgery. I am SO grateful that Dr. Brotzman was able to move things around to see me immediately once I got back to the US. He did X-rays and was able to change his surgery schedule for the next morning to fit me in. He recommended Vivere for surgery. Vivere was fantastic. They called me ahead of time to make sure I was prepared with everything I needed to know prior to surgery. I arrived for surgery and there was no waiting around, which helped to calm my nerves. Everyone was really nice and comforting. I was in and out in no time. Vivere also called to check in on me post-surgery which was a really thoughtful thing to do because they weren't even my doctor's office! I really like Dr. Crear and some of the PAs so it's a shame that the messaging service is not held to a high standard. Honestly, it's like talking to a child...but one who clearly uses AI to polish their grammar. The level of incompetence - with incorrect prescriptions called in and incorrect information relayed - is concerning. I hope they don't have these medical assistants completing tasks that require common sense, like relaying important test results. I know practices are trying to increase profits, especially those practices that are owned by private equity (which this place may be--IDK). But please consider your patients. Don't run a competent practice into the ground by having these assistants do what medical professionals should be doing. Employ some actual nurses to answer patient questions for god's sake, not just "medical assistants."
