He also is a very poor listener. I call the last 2 years my adventures with a surgeon's ego. In my case, he did a surgery where he thought the results were amazing requesting that he could show off my case to his students. I was in horror because he neither did what I requested, nor was this a subtle change. It completely changed what I look like and people couldn't recognize me. This would be only be a success if I was trying to be in the witness protection program and wanted a new identity. I think he values very square, wide masculine jawlines. From the several other surgeons I've seen, there is a consensus that was a poor choice for a female jaw line. Plus there was a problem. This led to having a 2nd surgery. In this one, he made 2 errors that resulted in a jaw implant being improperly installed too low and the other not screwed in so it turned sideways. That let to a 3rd surgery by another surgeon. Even without the errors, I've now met with a lot of plastic surgeons. I can tell you that based on what I've learned though that, I would rank Dr. Carlotti at the bottom of the pack. Please do yourself a favor and find a better surgeon. It won't be hard. The funny thing of this is I didn't originally schedule to see him. I was scheduled to see his Dr. Michelle Carlotti. Somehow when I was waiting with the patient care person and talking about Dr. Michelle and what she typically does, Dr. Albert came in and switched me to his patient I never understood why that happened. When I was researching him after, there were mostly only positive reviews. He did have a lawsuit with a patient who aggressively put negative reviews out on him because it hurt his business. Anyway, since I had my first surgery, there are many negative reviews. From that my impression is not only is my negative experience pretty typical, but that there may not have been negative reviews because he threatened similar action if people posted their dissatisfaction. That's just the impression I have, but probably should put a legal disclaimer so he doesn't come after me for telling my experience and exposing his errors.

I started getting cold feet because they wanted to do a glute tuck and a breast implant exchange with lift at the same time. Not sure how that would provide optimal results when you cant lay on your back after a glute tuck and you can't lay on your stomach after breast surgery. I also never picked out implants, never got any prescriptions, never signed paperwork for the glute tuck because it was a last minute decision, never reserved a surgery room, didn't pay an anesthesiologist and the coordinator couldn't show me any before and after pictures performed by the surgeon of the procedures I was going to have. I started doing some digging and found horror pictures posted by patients on real self and a few of the 4 different yelp pages this place has. I found out the doctor had changed her last name and has sued patients for defamation when posting negative reviews! I cancelled my surgery giving more than 2 weeks notice and they are keeping over $12k of my money because I canceled. I've never seen a cosmetic surgeon so desperate that they charge you over $12k just for booking a surgery and meeting with the coordinator. I was told they would go away within a year, so when 2 years went by and it had not improved, Dr. Gordon eventually agreed to remove the hard parts. I was not put under for this, and gave me a medication to calm me down since I was going to be cut open fully conscious. Her team did not even give the medication time to kick in before they started the procedure, because Ashley Gordon had "other appointments immediately after mine" and they didn't have time to. Since this, she somehow made the galaflex even worse and I'm left with another scar and even worse results, and they are refusing to provide any type of resolution. I paid for cosmetic surgery because I trusted this surgeon and her team with my body. Instead, this experience has caused me years of distress. Choosing Dr. Ashley Gordon for my breast augmentation is one of my biggest regrets. I would strongly encourage anyone considering surgery here to look elsewhere.

I went to Dr. Caridi for my 2nd Gynecomastia revision surgery. My first two surgeries were…read moreexcision-only without liposuction. My case was very minor - my main concern was getting rid of the small amount of remaining gland. Unfortunately he has left my chest looking far worse than before. The incisions at the areola look sloppy and healed poorly, part of an areola lost its pigment, the nipples fold into themselves when warm, and there's severe cratering and loose skin. Obviously he was way too aggressive with liposuction. After the initial follow-up the day after surgery, Dr. Caridi and his office never reached out to me again to ask how I was healing up. And the healing was not easy. Following his massaging protocol didn't help much, if at all. At 6 months, left with terrible results, I finally reached out. Dr. Caridi was very dismissive about my concerns in the following months of email and photo exchanges. He kept assuring me the results would improve with more time. The language he used in his correspondences was highly unprofessional - at one point even saying that I was "torturing myself". After more complaining he finally offered to do a FaceTime call but I ultimately declined as I had lost all trust in him by that point. In hindsight, my first FaceTime consultation before surgery was rushed, casual, and non-specific. I only found out I was to have liposuction (in addition to excision) after the call when they forwarded me the bill. During that call he said some bizarre and unprofessional things which I won't repeat here. It was personal and inappropriate. I foolishly glossed over these red flags. Other reputable surgeons have since informed me I'll need up to 2 more surgeries to correct Dr. Caridi's mistakes with scar revisions and fat grafting. Please consider my example as a warning. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for surgery.

I have had many consultations, but there was always an issue with Insurance or timing. I believe now that was truly divine intervention so that I could meet Dr. Mosier and have him perform my surgery. I went from a G to a B and they look AMAZING. Truly they almost look fake and I still can't believe these are what I get to have now. I have spent my entire life hating my large chest and am finally free. My back pain is gone, clothes fit me, I don't have to wear seven bras to workout, truly it's incredible. I wish I would've done this sooner, but then it probably wouldn't have been with Dr. Mosier. From the very first appointment where I almost cried, he was so kind and so was his entire office staff. They are truly the best. So kind, so understanding and answered ALL of my 1000 questions. Then finally came surgery day which I was so nervous for. PIECE OF CAKE. I've had two children and this was one billion times easier than giving birth and recovery. I don't know that I had the highest expectations, not because of Dr. Mosier, but just because I felt like what I was working with before was so bad. And WOW. When I tell you they look FAKE they're so good. Every post-op everyone again was so kind and Erika is the sweetest person in the world and would talk me through every little detail and every question I had. I would do this whole process again in a heartbeat.
