Wanted to love this place. Rate food a solid 6 on Thai scale. Ordered 3 of 4 on hot scale on a recommended dish and it wasn't hot. I don't know why I expected more fresh vegetables but it could've used more although broth was tasty. Real red Thai ice tea though. Service very attentive. Very. In a sorta creepy way. They add charge for using credit card but don't itemize bill. We didn't notice until we got to our car so couldn't verify price other than additional credit card fee. read more

The food is cooked fresh and comes out HOT You cannot order anything terrible off of this menu. From their pad thai to their pot stickers, everything on the menu is fire. The service is amazing! The attention to each table that was being served was top notch. It's a nice little spot off the expressway. First visit to Sasi's was solid overall. They've got a great location, nice artwork on the walls, and plenty of parking. Went for lunch with my family, who are frequent visitors, and would come again to try a few other items on another visit. The staff was friendly, and it's definitely worth a revisit given the sparse Thai options in the area. For appetizers, we tried the potstickers ($6) and the spring rolls ($7). I preferred the potstickers, and I would probably order those again! For the main, I went with the Pad Se Ew, hot spice level. I would likely try something else on the next visit, but it's a good comparison dish if you like Thai food and visit similar spots in the valley. On this particular day, it lacked a bit of flavor (outside of general spiciness) and was a bit too saucy for my preference. My favorite part of this visit was the Thai coffee ($4), and I would definitely order that again! A nice blend of sweet and caffeine kick. read more

My husband ordered Cucumber salad and I don't even like Cucumber, but I tried it and liked it. I don't remember what entree he had- it was noodles with tails on shrimp I think, but I ordered Pad Se Ew spice leve 1. If there is a next time I will try a spice level 3. The food here is quite good. They have an extensive menu and the staff is very friendly. The level of spice is also great. I asked for medium hot and my hubby asked for zero hot (hahaha) they did exactly as requested. The environment is super laid back. I had the chicken satay appetizer and the cashew nut chicken plate, both were extremely fresh when I arrived to pick up my order. I will say I prefer the grilled chicken they used in the chicken satay over the kind they used in my cashew nut plate, as it had a better taste and was juicier. When this place closed for a while a couple of years ago I was kind of bummed. I was happy to know that it had reopened at a different location off the expressway. This place never disappoints. It's always clean. The service is quick. The food is always made fresh when you order it. The coffee is great, the tea with milk is awesome! I will never stop going there. The curry with tofu is great. Really everything I've had here has always been so freaking good! The husband runs the front of the restaurant and the wife does the cooking in the back. Food was ok. I didn't like the fact that they charge you $1.00 for cashews with print saying if you want the full Thai experience add cashews. Thai dishes is supposed to already have cashews not pay for it separately. I think they count the broccoli florets and slices of carrot when adding it to the wonton cause there was only 2 tiny broccoli florets ant 2 slices of carrot. It's a little overpriced. read more

The food is delicious - tons of great flavor. But it was a little pricey. We ordered two entrees and one order of vegetable spring rolls. The vegetable spring rolls are just iceberg lettuce and carrot sticks. The entire order was close to $40. And the entrees were relatively small. Having been married to someone who was Thai and learning from his mom her delicious Thai dishes, I've become a bit discriminating when it comes to Thai food. I realize that Thai food is regional and my ex mom-in-law lived and therefore cooked Bangkok style. It could be that this Thai food is NOT Bangkok style. I found this little gem through yelp and it did not disappoint! After visiting parents here for 4 days now and going to mediocre at best restaurants the whole time I decided to take matters into my own hands. I don't usually like fried things but I went with the recommendation and the crab Rangoon were amazing! So tasty and glad we got them. We also had the chicken pad Thai, Beef fried rice and the chicken green curry to share. Service was good, food was very fresh and EVERYTHING was so tasty and delicious I had to give my compliments to the chef as it turns out its Mrs Sasi. Mr Lee her husband was so sweet and nice made us feel very welcome. We finished of w the sticky black rice with mango. It's a must! This place is such an amazing little gem of a restaurant! They've got great bubble teas and some awesome food! My girlfriend and I tried this place for the first time and omg it was such a great experience! As you walk in you're immediately greeted by someone who will guide you to a seat and grab you a menu. We chose to order the bubble teas. I had the Taro Tea and it was delicious. It did not take long for us to get our order taken. There is a great menu with a great amount of options. Both my girlfriend and I ordered the same thing, and were able to choose different meats and we were even able to choose our spice level! So if you are a fan of spicy food, you'll love this place! I started at level 3 spice and that was pretty spicy. The food was great, very savory and spicy. The chicken was tender and juicy, the noodles were awesome and everything was so satiating! Even the vegetables on the place were so tasty, all together it created a beautiful dish. I'm so glad we decided to wander in to this little Thai restaurant. I enjoy this place. The curry is really good and I've gone about three times now. The owner is friendly, the staff is pleasant and helpful. I've been to Thai restaurants across the country and this one is pretty good for the craving but lacks flavor on some selections. Particularly some of the stir fried noodles are bland and lacking any flavor at all. This last time the yellow curry didn't disappoint but again, the stir fried noodles with vegetables and chicken had NO flavor. The chicken was bland and tasted straight off the boiling pot. Pad Thai is great, but it's been hit or miss on flavor sometimes (I still recommend). The ambiance has been ok but feels like a quick taco spot instead of a restaurant. Overall I'd definitely go back though and feel as being the only Thai location here the price and selection are fair enough. My favorite dishes taste great, service is nice, location, and value make it worth returning. read more

Excellent Thai food! Excellent service! Avery does a great job to ensure you have plenty of water and/tea, and any other need. The owner, Sasi is also the cook! Every dish I have tried are great! Appetizers I highly recommend the crab Rangoon and the pot stickers. Pot stickers are filled with meat and packed with great flavor! The fresh spring rolls are perfectly filled with fresh vegetables and the sauce is an added bonus! Again every entree I have had are excellent. I highly recommend the Pad Mama, Pad Se Eu, the Wonton Soup, and of the curry dishes. There is also a new dish called curry fried rice! Excellent flavor. If you are a fried rice fan, I recommend the chicken and pork fried rice or curry fried rice. Great job Sasi and your staff! read more
