The Mr. and I, along with our friends, S & M, took the waterfall tour on Sunday. Our guide Savannah (I hope I spelled that right) obviously took pride in the job of being our tour guide. Savannah did an excellent job of navigating the traffic and with designated parking spots we were able to simply step off the shuttle and appreciate the magnificent scenery. The tour makes five stops along the Historic Columbia River Highway, which was the first scenic highway built in the USA. We got to see Vista House @ Crown Point, Latourell Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, Horsetail Falls, and Multnomah Falls. We enjoyed the two and a half hour tour immensely! read more

Do not book here! Unreliable and staff has poor communication We booked the shuttle online and got here at 11:50 they said the next shuttle is at 1 pm and the bus is small due to the big bus not running. The front desk said " let me check you in now to RESERVE your spot so you can for sure be on that bus" she DID NOT mention it's first come first serve so get there early. We lined up for the bus at 12:50 and there was a long line. then the bus left with out us saying its full and the next one might be at 2 pm or later, they don't really know. We went back to the front desk and they said oh it's first come first serve and they have no idea when the next bus will be there.... I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication and having to wait 2 hours to take a bus to our hike. We have not even made it to our hike yet, we are still waiting.... The city bus would have been 1 hr total to get to the hike. I recommend taking the city bus to the hike since it's more reliable. If they would have communicated that it's first come first serve we would have went straight to the bus and waited At 11:50. But since they. LIED and said our spot is reserved we did not. Also they have you wait by the trash cans out outside with no place to sit, except the curb. Do not book with them, they are unorganized, unprofessional and do not try to resolve issues they caused. read more

I would give a negative review if I could because imagine being called "STUPID" by an employee. It was my family's and my first-ever visit to Multnomah Falls. We had made a reservation at the restaurant, so I just wanted to check if there was a different price for parking. Before I could even finish my sentence, the employee interrupted and emphasized "$10," which was the standard price. Then, he spoke to me on the passenger side, letting us know he'd print a receipt for us to leave on the dashboard. My father, the driver, couldn't hear him clearly, so he moved forward slightly, and the employee yelled. Everything seemed fine until we started driving away. As I was rolling up my window, that's when he made his silly little comment. I spoke with the restaurant staff, and they told us they've been having issues with this parking company. Based on other reviews, it looks like Sasquatch offers awesome shuttles and tours. I would hate for another family to experience such an upsetting situation, so I'm leaving this review in hopes that it will never happen again. read more

This shuttle service is extremely convenient without the hassle of looking for permit or parking at the Multnomah Falls. You can park at their parking lot at Bridal Veil Lot for $5 per car, and they will take you to the Falls with the shuttle bus. There is also a porta-potty at their parking lot while you wait for the shuttle to come. John, the driver, was really great. He explained to the riders about the service and when he would be back to pick us up. He also gave some advice and ideas about which falls there are on the way. It's easy to pay online in advance or on site, there are plenty of parking spaces available, and the staff here are super friendly and helpful. The shuttle has about the same amount of space as an airport shuttle, so if it gets crowded, people can stand and hold onto a railing. It's about a 7-8 minute drive directly to the parking lot/shuttle stop at Multnomah Falls Lodge Visitor Center and runs every 15 minutes, same pick-up spot for the ride back to the parking lot where you left your car. read more

1000% recommend seeing the waterfalls this way! It makes it so much easier and more enjoyable to not have to worry about navigating or parking (especially because the small lots fill up very quickly). If you have the time, I HIGHLY recommend doing the full loop rather than the express shuttle. All of the waterfalls are unique in their own way and equally as breathtaking as Multnomah! Pictures don't do it any justice, they are truly incredible in person. My driver Keenan was awesome, he was fun and friendly and you can tell he's extremely passionate about his job and wants to make sure every single guest has a great experience. I had a wonderful tour with him! Parking at the Sasquatch lot was easy and the shuttle itself is comfortable and air conditioned. I went on opening day, 4/5/25, and it was a wonderful experience for me to take the Sasquatch Shuttle from their location at the Columbia Gorge Outlets. It was easy to reserve online and was the best $5 I've spent, and it covers a round trip. The people in the Sasquatch office/gift store were very kind and walked me over to the shuttle pick-up spot and explained how it works. Kevin the driver was so professional, courteous, and very informative. Arrived at the lot 9/2 at 3pm. I figured that it would be busy on a Friday leading up to Labor day weekend but I was wrong. Checked in with a bearded man and because it was a slow day and we were the last riders of the day, the only available tour would just be to Multnomah falls instead of hopping from waterfall to waterfall which is what I was expecting when I paid $30 for 2 people. I could have chosen to drive there on our own if I had known sooner, so I was pretty disappointed. There were plenty of parking spots available at the lot for Multnomah. Unlike other Yelper's reviews, we were not told any stories about the area. This wouldn't have mattered much anyway since the shuttle's parts were clanging around on the uneven roads and it was difficult trying to hear the driver. For $15 this shuttle sure was worth it! I wasn't expecting much, thought it would be a easy way to ride to and from the different falls in the area. And it was... with a great guide! He told us stories about the area and the different falls. Very funny and friendly! He also showed us his farm out in the mountain area(pointed to it of course) we got to go see all of the different falls just about in the area with plenty of time to roam in between. Great, friendly service and the kids loved the ride. So much nicer than everyone fighting over parking spaces. The shuttle drivers told us about waterfalls all over Oregon, including Bridal Veil Falls (which is now a favorite). The person in the lot was friendly and helpful as well. We explored Wahkeena Falls and Fairy Falls on this trip and thought they were both incredibly beautiful. After returning to the lot we explored Bridal Veil and loved the Fall, massive rocks and forest. read more

No air conditioning on an 84+ degree day! The only window that opens is the driver's window. You're basically in a hot tin can. There are only about 12 seats, but don't worry, they will still pack you in like sardines and let people stand up even though there is a sign saying "no standing while vehicle is in motion". It was so hot I almost passed out on the way back, but luckily it's only about a seven minute drive. Save yourself from heat exhaustion and take the Waterfall Trolley instead, it's open air. They get one extra star because the parking lot attendant was nice and the driver was ok. read more

Guaranteed parking for all the waterfalls! We had read the other public lots have had break ins and we did not want to take the risk with our rental car so we were looking for a private lot. Worth the price compared to driving around looking for parking; finding parking is so stressful in that area. Also, we did not need a timed permit for the falls since we were parked in a private lot. Great staff and drivers. Would use this lot again so convenience is worth the cost of the tickets. read more

BOYCOTT THE PARKING LOT! Don't try to park at the lodge unless you want to spend $20 for a "day pass" if you are only going to be there an hour to hopefully enjoy a good breakfast. We will no longer be going to Multnomah Falls or the lodge which should be free for all to enjoy. read more

I used this service when I visited Portland a couple weeks ago. One of my main concerns when visiting all the waterfalls was having to find parking. Sasquatch shuttle helped with that because they provided their own parking lot so I did not have to worry about it at all! I hiked to a few of the falls and it was nice to relax a little bit on the shuttle. We showed up in all of our glorious tourist ignorance and were rushing to get to the falls and paid for a shuttle for three people up to Multnomah Falls. Upon hearing that the schedule would only allow us a few minutes up there, we asked if we could just switch to parking for two vehicles, and Palmer was as helpful as she could be getting a credit worked out with the owners.
