Today's vet tech also did not introduce herself. At neither appointment has any employee talked to my cat. I find that unusual in a vet's office. The doctor today spent our appointment edging toward the door and avoiding eye-contact. It felt like I had to pull information out of her rather than having a dialog. She didn't check my cat over or touch her until I asked about something specific. While I don't fault the treatment, I do find the staff strangely impersonal. The cats who wander around are great though- I love them.

All the cats are very friendly and were super affectionate. There are two floors to spend your time -- the first floor is all adult cats, and also where the gift shop is located. The second floor holds more space to play with the adult cats, as well as a separate, sectioned off kitten room. When we were there, the kitten room was very full of guests, so we stuck to the other areas with the adult cats. The staff was so kind and knowledgable. They will tell you about any of the many cats that are walking around, including their names, personalities, and story. The gift shop proceeds go to keeping the cats there at the rescue, so of course, we bought some small toys to bring home to our cat. It is so admirable to see a group committed to rescuing these beautiful cats!

At first she couldn't help us but recommended some ideas. After some work on her part we were able to get the paperwork we needed. She was then able to help us get everything done. When she looked at the last page of our paperwork she thought that a second witness might be a good idea and was able to get her boss Alex to come by and help with this. Even though we did not need help with title work the customer service there was outstanding.

After no resolution for half the worms being dead, I sent them a message and this was their response: "You had several issues, and we were addressing them in order. We would have ended the conversation with a resolution for the dead worms; however, you did not respond. If your only concern was the dead worms, then your email should have addressed just one issue." A. I didn't get offered any resolution for the dead worms. B. This response?! Are you kidding me? To tell me my email should have address ONE issue!? C. What good company or manager would respond in this manner to a customer? Yikes! Run! Try to buy local if you can and if you can't, avoid this company!
