This is the first, and probably last, cat cafe I've visited. The service was good, the people are super friendly and they care about the cats and they try to keep it clean but with 38 cats it's not so easy. My kids enjoyed their time and the kittens were sweet. Some rescues liked being secluded which is understandable. The price was a little high at 10$ per adult but they do have to take care of all the cats. All in all it was an ok place. As a non cat person I wouldn't go back but my kids would.

An awesome place! They treat all the cats so well. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about all the cats names, ages, their stories, etc. I wanted to bring back a cat so badly! It is $10 for the whole day and you can come and go as you please.

Stopped by to play with the cats and it was very pleasant. I wish I had a place like this near home, to make adopting a cat easier. It was $10 for adults to go in to hang out with cats and kittens for as long as you'd like to stay in the day. Adult cats were downstairs, kittens were upstairs. They had a clever system with different collar colours giving you clues about the cats. The cats were pretty social and it was fun to be with them. This place does a good job getting cats adopted, and I love that you can spend quality time with the free roaming cats to see how they might fit with you. The staff know their cats there well, and cared very much for them. Note that this not a cat "cafe" since there is no food served. Definitely worth supporting for these cuties!

I'm not sure if $10 per adult and $6 for my 1 year old was really worth it. But staff was so kind. We visited the kitten room and spent quite a while in it. However, there's a live stream of the kitten room during the day. There's a small sign on the door I missed going in, no biggie but should be mentioned upon entry. There were tons of rooms and toys for the sweet cats and kittens to enjoy. Overall reasoning for this non-profit is absolutely amazing. Was lovely to see past adopted cats pictures all over the place also the cat themed products for sale were reasonably priced and so cute!

I love this cat cafe it is stuffed of different types of cats! There are also kittens, i found my kitten, Neferkitty, here and i thought she was perfect! Now she has completely imprinted on me.... and she got my three legged cat up and running!

We stopped in while visiting Berkeley Springs for the day and loved every moment in the large cat cafe. The staff clearly cares about every single cat, knowing them all by name, and is really trying to make adoptions happen. The $8 to get in was well worth it as we got to play with countless cats, and of course spent a large amount of time in the kitten room. You will obviously love the kitten room. This place is a must visit and hopefully you are in the market to rescue a sweet little cat!

Non-profit, however they refused admittance of my wife & two kids because I didn't have the full $8 per person admittance fee. Instead of accepting the cash I had on hand. $9 is better than $0, no? Only had 30 minutes before they closed. Seriously bad first impressions. That's not how non-profits should work.

We saw this place while passing through Berkeley Springs and it was the best 2 hours I've ever spent in my life. The people here love the cats so much and they have an amazing life here while waiting for their forever homes. 3 got adopted while we were there!! I wish i could take home all of the cats, i can't wait to come back again.

Visiting for the weekend and as the avid animal lover and rescue advocate I am.... I had to check this place out!! ...glad I did!!! Such a nice space!! A historical home that's nice & clean and home to so many cats in need of adoption and a second chance!! I didn't get to stay long but I greeted and loved on as many kitties as I could and didn't leave without a donation to say "thank you" to them all!!

    Casee C.

A small donation gets you all day play with 40 cats and kittens! I had such a good time here hanging with the cats and the lady on duty was awesome, friendly, and funny. They do a great job caring for their kitties, which you can tell by how happy and friendly the cats are! A definite must for anyone with a like or love of felines.

I couldn't have enjoyed this place more. There staff was great, the price is only $8/person and you're able to come and go with your days admission as you please. It's clear the staff love all of the cats and that just made the experience so much better. I got to play with cats of all different ages and temperaments and will be suggesting this place to EVERYONE.

Best $10 I've ever spent, you can just sit and play with the cats, adoption is optional.

When you walk in downstairs, the friendly staff explain how the cat cafe works, get you a cookie (you get one with the cost of your visit), and have you sign a waiver. (They also have a self-service are where you can make a few different beverages.) You can visit for as little as a half hour, but each subsequent half hour costs less than the first half hour. I only had a half hour to spend, which was the perfect amount of time for me. As soon as I was all paid up, I wandered up to the second floor, where the cats are. There were several cats (at least 10), and they're all up for adoption (there was a staff member there who could you tell you each cat's name and other information). I had bought a Churu downstairs and had no qualms about bribing the cats to be my friends. I played and pet several of them; I fell in love with Russell, a Ginger and a chonk, and Peach, a playful kitten. Whether you just want to play with some cats (it helps with their socialization) or are looking to adopt a cat, cat cafes can be a lot of fun. This one in Leesburg was charming - friendly staff, adorable cats, and a cookie to boot. I had a fun time.

Walk-in's are welcome, but I wanted to ensure we could come at the time we wanted. Parking was a but limited, but available early when they opened. The shop owner was so kind and was very thorough. She was hospitable and walked us upstairs to the cat room, introducing us to the cats and telling us about each of their personalities. The cats are all rescues looking for a forever home. What a great way to introduce them to people! There were tons of toys to use to interact and play with the cats. There was a basket of combs and some really enjoyed being brushed. They had several bowls of food and water and were very well take care of. The warm cookie was delish and tea and coffee were also available. Upon leaving there are lint rollers available because cat hair is inevitable; however, the cat area was very clean and tidy! The air purifiers helped, especially because the doors couldn't be opened in the winter. There is a screened in balcony I assume can be used in better weather. My daughter loved this place and wants to go back! While the experience was a bit pricey, I know it's going toward a good cause.

After getting the rundown of the rules and information, we paid and placed our shoes in the front area. (It's socks only, so my husband borrowed a pair of slippers, as we hadn't pre-planned footwear for our visit.) Once inside, there were so many kitties to visit and plenty of places to relax. It's clear that the cats and facility are very well cared for, as even the floors and corners were being meticulously cleaned during our visit. Visitors are asked to utilize the hand sanitizer when moving between the spaces to minimize potential infections. The cats were relaxed and comfortable with many spaces to run and nap. An orange fluffy girl was being a hissy diva to the other cats, but she absolutely loved people. She crawled into my lap and made it her throne for a while. There's also a separate room for the kittens with plenty of toys for play. They went absolutely bonkers for the wand toys and found cozy spots for naps when they were all tired out. We really enjoyed our visit, and we would definitely return in the future for an afternoon of kitty snuggles.

They have you sanitize your hand between every room you move into and the floors and couch's were in clean condition. My favorite room was the kitten room, a little gray kitten sat on my lap and cuddled with me they were all so sweet . The cats are up for adoption and this service is a great way for them to be desensitized, I will be back in the future for some more cuddles‍

We finally lucked out and ended up with a Jindo (a rare and expensive breed) from the most unlikely of places...the Clarke County AS in Berryville. Granted, you're not likely to find a Jindo there. Unfortunately, they are operating in a cramped facility, but they make the most of it and volunteers help stem the costs. She's a five-month old St. Bernard-Mastiff mix, very willing to please, is comfortable in a crate, is essentially potty-trained and quiet all night, is quickly learning to come when called, and we don't even have her on a leash in the yard as she explores.
