"Audaciously Horrible" business with the shadiest, nastiest, most arrogant managerial staff ever! Overpriced items that often break right out of packaging. The owner has a dazzling personality that draws the unassuming. BEWARE!! Once you're drawn in you can forget about your money or patronage being respected. I have about 14 broken pieces of jewelry. THEY COULD CARE LESS because they got their money. That's all that matters to them. I have clothes that were received spotted, irregular, etc. There ONLY solution - STORE CREDIT! Yep! Broken or damaged item is "their fault"' but you are forced to accept STORE CREDIT! And if you dare complain......and break the CULT PROTOCOL (they have a STRONG controlling spirit over their customers forbidding even a whisper of complaint in SJ group forums - nothing short of abusive)....... the customer service manager will turn off all sales communications to your email address and text messages. Happened to me TWICE. This is their arrogant way of issuing punishment if you are bold enough to tell them they are a hot mess and a disappointment with all their broken items, delayed and unexplained shipping issues, web errors, etc. They bank on you being so enamored by the owners style and personality that you accept anything they do or say without complaint! It's an atrocious black owned business! And BE WARNED.... When you write BBB they will lie looking you straight in the face and attempt to turn it around so screen shot everything, takes pics of broken items, save email communications, and record dates and times!! They are currently holding almost 6500 in rewards points ($323 cash value) and just today had the audacity to send me an email requesting I continue shopping with them (after inviting me not to do so!!!) They have got to be nuts! I'll use them to not lose them as a LAST result if the Virginia Attorney General's Office can't help me. Save yourself a headache. DON'T SHOP SASSY JONES!! All that sparkles is NOT gold! They talk good, dance and prance but business ethics and products are POOR POOR POOR! (Read other reviews at old address in Yelp listed as closed. I'll post this review there as well). I am a black business owner and I am repelled at how a fellow black owned business would treat its customers.
