I did not realize that I would not get a refund but only a store credit or an exchange. She was very unfriendly and after I quickly selected a random candle, she still did not explain that the rest of the return was in the form of a gift card which she had thrown into the bag without telling me. I turned to the person in line behind me and gave them the gift card. I am assuming that most of the customers are from out of town and that a gift card would not only be inconvenient but would probably not get used. The shop is cute and has nice things, but I would not recommend it to anyone. Maybe some training on customer service would also be worthwhile for the staff.

There was a fun selection of clothes here. Like their website says, this is a place that celebrates all things nostalgia. They do a great job at conveying this in the store. While it's smaller, it's very cozy. I love the old cartoons playing and the VHS tape section. I found the prices to be pretty reasonable here. They are newer clothing prices, but nothing I was looking at was over $40. I really love the way this shop is set up. I was able to find a few things I liked and tried them on in their very spacious fitting room. Although I didn't take anything home with me on this visit, I'm excited to come back and look at other clothes they'll have in the future.
