The WORST nail salon i've been to out here. I had old polish on my toes and they didn't properly take it off. They just soaked me feet in water for like 10 minutes and started a regular pedicure. Prices are exceptionally reasonable! Very attentive, we were the last ones to walk in and they were closing. They still asked if I wanted to get a manicure although they had 15mins til closing. It was super comfortable, very convenient since I was a walk in. I appreciated the service and thoroughness and cleanliness. I'm a Texas Licensed cosmetologist(hair, makeup, nails, skincare, brows, lashes, waxing, extensions , braiding, etc.) and I'm very picky. What I liked the most was even though rude customers came in complaining about something from hours ago, the staff was still professional to the current client that they had in their seat(which is how it should be) and had the upset client wait in the lobby until someone was available. She sat there while this lady held her hands and RIPPED the damn nails off. As you can see, there is terrible bruising and parts of her nail are missing. She was tearing up, swearing, tried to pull her hands away- and they just acted like it was totally normal/that she was being dramatic. She finally couldn't take it anymore and left in tears. I REALLY wanted to like this place because all the pictures i saw from reviews looked alright compared to most salons in Fayetteville. Ugh.. wrong. I made an appointment for a pedi 12:15 and ended up walking in about 2 or 3 min late. Obviously my fault. But they still didn't have me sit down for another 10 min after i got there. The girl next to me picked the classic pedicure at the SAME TIME as me. They started on her and turned on my water to soak my feet. I sat there soaking from 12:25 to a little after 1. The water turned cold. I asked them to refill with hot water. She sprits some warm water in and walked away. 1:20 rolls around and someone finally comes to do my pedi. At that point i should have just asked for a polish change so i could be on my way. Who has this much time to wait around at the nail salon? So she starts my pedi and massages my right leg for like 10 seconds and then the left for the rest of the time. Then she starts scrubbing my heels and sides of my feet. FOUR TIMES i told her it was hurting because she wasn't paying attention and she kept scrubbing my soft skin and not my callouses. Meanwhile, the girl next to me (who got the same pedi) is still getting a massage. By the time i was finished (paint and all) they hadn't even started painting the girl next to me. She was still enjoying her pedicure. For some reason, my pedicure was extremely rushed after a LONG wait. I finally left a little after 2. Like i said, my appointment time was 12:15. That is absolutely absurd. Lastly, the classic pedi is $25. I go to pay and he didn't even tell me the price, just swiped my card and gave me the receipt. $40!! I said, excuse me.. why $40? He said gel polish is $15 extra. I don't often treat myself to a pedi so when i do i expect to feel pampered. My toes look just okay. I have a cut on one of them (forgot to mention, she cut me and then sprayed with alcohol). And almost 2 hours of my day wasted. Won't be returning. read more

The person doing my nails could not do the design despite saying that she could, she tried three times and I finally told her to wipe it off and forget it. The finish product looks like press on nails from the dollar store. I was extremely unsatisfied and will not be returning. Rude staff. Cannot do simple designs although they tell you that they can and end up making your nails look horrible. The manager came out and made me pay for services that look absolutely horrifying. I had just gotten off work and I didn't feel like traveling further to go to my Favorite Nail Shop, so I came here.... Yelp reviews were raving about Vivian's waxing skills so I knew It wouldn't be much of a sacrifice. It was around 5:30 so I expected a wait. Now, I Understand salon etiquette!!! First In, First Out. First Come, First Serve. Blah blah blah!! So I have nooo problem waiting. Inside, all seats were full in the waiting section. I was immediately greeted. They had 2 TVs so I let that take my attention. After 5 minutes a lady gestured me to the waxing chair. " That wasn't that bad " I told myself. I sat down, took off my glasses and closed my eyes. 2 minutes went by and I opened my eyes. " Where she go??? " None of the employees were wearing name tags so I can't vouch if I was dealing with Vivian or not. But I spotted the waxing nail tech on the opposite side of the room doing someone's nails. " Maybe she wasn't quite finished. No big deal. " I went back to watching TV that happened to sit directly above my head. So I'm over here leaning out my chair, head straight back to catch Americas Funniest Videos. During the TWO commercial breaks I'd sit up and look around the room. Its 6:02 now and the nail tech finally returns. She asks " Eyebrow " and I replied " Whole face Please ". So she starts on the top of my face.... And shes rushing..... I feel like she just wanted to take the wax and dump it on my face just to be over with it. It irritated me to see she was double dipping with the stick. Dammnnnn don't y'all know doing that shit is nasty and passing bacteria??? When I made faces of discomfort she giggled and started asking questions about myself. I can tell she was trying to be genuine and gain another customer. Once she was do--........ " IS THAT BABY OIL " ????!!!!!! I smelled the oil she had already lathered on my face. "Yeah it babyoil" " That's going to BREAK ME OUT!!!!!!" "Oh why you never use babyoil at your last place?" "Uhhhh no...... It clogs pores and has Never been used in the history of Face Waxing" She looked puzzled at me then took a cotton ball of astringent to wipe it off....... Yeah...thanks.... She showed me my face then lead me to the front to pay. " $35 because you had to wait " Psh, yeah right. I paid and got the hell outta there. I'm driving home and I notice THERES STILL HAIR ON MY CHINNY CHIN CHIN !!!! FUUCK MAN!!! Then I notice WAX still stuck on my face!!! I have naturally oily skin and I knew I had to hurry home and strip my face!!! I went ahead and used a drying soap and shaved my chin with a razor, YEAH I DID IT!!!! This was a horrible experience for me and a First, at that!!! My nail salon back home was EXCELLENT. It was larger in square foot. Fully staffed. Updated materials. DIDNT DOUBLE DIP NOR !!!! While drying my nails another tech continuously reached over my head to replace the gel polishes he had used on another client before me instead of walking to the opposite side of the desk where No one was sitting!
