No follow up, things are let hanging and one needs to call several times and go through another nightmare that is to speak with the right attendant. Some issues came up with the TV service in buffering and the voice synch being off, but they have been resolved with a major software update that has been rock solid. We've had three times the system died and it took hours to come back, but it only takes an overeager backhoe operator moments to sever the main fiber optic cable. The best thing about this system is the amazing internet service. We are getting over 200 Mbps both up an down the majority of the time which makes loading websites fast and simple. Video conferencing like Zoom is a delight to work with, far better than what we had on Spectrum. As a heavy internet user, I am delighted at how strong this OpticalTel service is, no complaints. The two wireless mesh transmitters work well and they have eliminated all dead spots from the road out front to the back yard. There's a strong signal everywhere which is how it should be. Finally, I have to give customer support a vote of confidence for keeping things working. OpticalTel uses the Amino TV box for 100% wireless TV service. I have had two that failed, but if I call them today it highly likely that the technician will be here the next day to replace the box. It's not a critical issue as swapping the dead living room box for the one in the bedroom takes just a couple of minutes and we're good to go till the technician replaces the dead box. If you are interested in superb internet service and very good TV service, you can't beat OpticalTel's bulk rate of $55 a month. It comes with two wireless transmitters, the fiber optic box outside, and two TV boxes with a boatload of channels and 250 hours of DVR HD recordings.

Poor service, and absolutely no support from ATT. Canceled the service after 4 days and now I have to eat a $500 early cancellation fee. Beware of ATT sales reps offering you great deals and if you're happy with Xfinity just stick with them.

While I am happy that I was offered a great new deal (paying almost half of what I was paying!), I was disappointed that after a number of faithful years (paying high prices!) they didn't offer up 'deals' once in a while. My projector was really expensive and it was making a horrible buzzing noise, they fixed the color wheel, replaced the lamp, and cleaned the machine. The shop owner really had some patience with my machine & I don't regret bringing it here. Other reviews talk about it being more expensive than the estimate, but seem to fail to understand extra parts may be needed once repair starts. Now the picture is so vivid and the fan is so quiet. Only reviewing now because I don't think the rating makes sense considering how great they are.
