They've always been affordable, professional and efficient in their services. This past time we had them out, our washer died and we think it's from a power surge we had from a downed power line about 2 weeks ago. I was able to get a electrician out the next morning who not only replaced two outlets, but also checked on a few other issues around the house while he was here. He went above and beyond with the service call, and didn't try to oversell us on services. He did mention their protection plan, but we opted out since it's so sporadic that we need them here it wasn't worth the $12.95 a month. (We find this very affordable!) Overall they're a great company and the staff is pleasant overall. Will use them again for small projects around the house.

They walked us through all the new options that were available to us now, and explained the advantages, and disadvantages to us clearly. We love our LED lights so much that we added them in our master bedroom, and bathroom. They were never pushy or tied up with others. When you were with them they stayed with you and made you feel like you were the only customer. They know their stuff! We also put in all new screw less plates over our plugs and switches, that is a great clean look I highly recommend. We even bought new lamps from them for our bedroom.
