Seriously I cannot say enough kind things about this company and its professionalism! Even after sleeping through the confirmation call and scrambling for over 30 min with my bank to complete the transaction I was continuously treated with kindness and understanding! They were here ON TIME, and had everything loaded before I even opened the door! A flat rate fee was given over the phone and thats what was charged, NO GIMMICKS! The handsome young man even turned down a tip i offered for his troubles. Oh and i forgot to mention that when i was having difficulties with my account he offered to haul the couches anyways, and i just pay over the phone later(you just dont see than kind of trust and understanding anymore!). I originally contacted them on 03/05/12 to remove some shingles from a roofing job. They responded quick and were very informative and helpful. Was in a hurry to get these removed because of HOA. After agreeing on a price the guys came out on 3/17, but then said they wanted to bring a bigger truck as this one was their compact. So we agreed they would come back Saturday March 31. I waited til noon, leaving message after massage. Finally Ian, their Manager called me and said he was having issues, apologized they could not do the job today and would call me back later that day for a time to get out next week. He even said we can work some discount as I have been put out, TWICE. I advised I am on a strict work schedule, need to know so I AGAIN can take time off. NO CALL back, Saturday, Monday, I left 3 voice messages on Tuesday, no reply, another 3 messages Wednesday. again no reply. On Thursday I made one last attempt to call, as I was really counting on them. I used caller ID Block and not to my surprise Ian answered they phone, there was a long pause when I introduced myself. He had nothing to say, I asked if they were going to come to complete the job, and at that point he stated "He did not think they were going to be able to do it after all" REALLY????? after all that? Just be up front. A simple no at the beginning would have been great. As nice as they were to me when we met, I am sorry to say this was a HORRIBLE business experience and I will NEVER give recommendation nor utilize WE HEART JUNK in the foreseeable future. read more

My wife called them yesterday and they were here this afternoon. They were about half an hour early and got right to work. They were very efficient. Was able to get a very fast turn around for a house we purchased with fire damage. The previous owner abandoned everything in the house that got wet or was damaged in the fire. They showed up on time and even in the rain, quickly cleaned out the house and filled every tiny crevice in the truck and filled it to the max! Plus, they did it all in only a couple of hours!
