She was very accommodating regarding my schedule. She sounded genuinely happy to help (the way one should behave with every customer). On the day of the appointment Sean (Shawn?) came prepared with the necessary parts and got right to work. He didn't mind the kitty occasionally snoopervising. When he was finished he made sure the area was clean and advised what I should do if there were any future concerns. The ice started coming out within a few hours and has been great ever since. I wish I had called JB Zimmerman sooner because it's really hard to find an authorized Bosch service center in the area. I had contacted other service centers closer to my home but they were either unwilling or had poor ratings. Now I know who to call. Candy and Sean were both so friendly and polite. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. Note: I've not been to their hardware store but I would give their appliance repair maximum stars based on this experience.

They used the old pieces still on the ground and added a few new pieces. I was a somewhat confused as the contract said remove and replace damaged section. I was charged the full price as stated on the contract eve though they did not replace the entire famaged section. They also left a hole in one of the posts, so I didn't get the entire fence repaired as I expected.

Behind the greenhouse, we had a delightful time listening to our instructors who clearly have worked side by side at the farm. Educational facts about herbs with a sprinkling of humor began the event. It is so wonderful to attend a class where they share their knowledge about the herbs and their uses. They give you salient advice that helps you decide on which herbs fit the taste profile you enjoy so you build your herb pot on what fits you.
