Staff is very friendly, and, importantly, I can't ever remember having to wait for a treadmill or other piece of cardio equipment. The place is never uncomfortably busy. I also like the fact that there are people of all ages and all sizes working out--I've been going to gyms for nearly twenty years now, but I think if I were brand new to fitness and a little nervous, I wouldn't feel intimidated.
