When you contact a florist in another state, you expect that they have some intuitive knowledge that you're sending a gift because you can't deliver it yourself and take extra care to ensure a great transaction. The Rose and Vine does not have take this care and apparently doesn't worry about bad reviews and losing customers. Must be nice to be so successful. I will never use this place again and will spread the word how terrible their customer service is. THE WORST!

Secondly, what I ordered was an arrangement in a unicorn vase. The whole purpose of choosing this arrangement was for the unicorn vase. When the recipient sent me a photo of the arrangement, it was not in a unicorn vase at all! It was a plain square vase. This arrangement was for a very small child who had just lost a parent. I was very disappointed that they misrepresented the arrangement. I can see substituting a flower because it is out of season, but having a completely different arrangement than what was pictured is just wrong.

These folks were wonderful as we needed a rather last-minute funeral arrangement. They took a…read morebeautiful green planted arrangement and added mini fresh flowers for us into a very beautiful and classic arrangement for the funeral. Plus, they were very, very nice. There is a bakery immediately adjacent operated by family members and they even gave us some warm tasty treats while we were waiting. Highly recommend. All the arrangements in the showroom look to be at highest quality.
