I provided photos, documentation, and outside professional input, but the matter was not resolved to my satisfaction. There is no reason for a homeowner to create a dispute like this without cause. In my view, the installation created problems, damage followed, and the service did not match what I expected from a premium product. The company did not provide the accountability or resolution I expected, and I am now suing them. That lawsuit is a matter of public record, and anyone considering hiring this company should review it before making a decision. Based on my experience, I would not hire them again.

Amazing. I TRIED to give them work and they weren't having it. They even gave me the name of a handyman service to rely on. I'll need a new roof in a couple of years and these are the guys who will assess, supply, install, and maintain our gutters.
