Please be aware that some of this people are not skilled and they will not tell you. My son showed Nelly a picture of what he wanted. He had grown his hair to achieve this look. She completely shopped off all of his hair. Gave him a almost military look when he was looking for a mid length haircut. Took 2+ hours and didn't admit to wrongdoing or had any apologies. My son was so upset that started to have a nose bleed and it took another person from the barbershop to get him tissues. Kris the manager stepped in to tell me that yes, it's not the same haircut that He wanted but he was going to walk away with a good haircut. He did not!!! My husband has a full beard, and this is the first place he has been where I am 100% pleased with how it looks when they are done. This place feels luxurious but is very reasonably priced. WE had the pleasure of Zay being our barber this time. He has become our permanent guy. My grandson is 6 and when i tell you he was cheesing so hard in the mirror when his cut was done.lol Zay explained to us the best way to keep his cut looking clean until his next visit. After years of bad haircuts at haircut chains, I finally went to legit barbershop and will never look back. This place was great from top to bottom. I had Fernando cut my hair and he didn't rush it. He did a great job and offered feedback when I requested it. I'm not someone who knows anything about hair, but he did more than I asked for. The skill and effort was very appreciated after being butchered at other places. I don't know how good the others are, but I would recommend giving the place a chance. I've been goin there for about a year to get my haircut from David Every week. I went last week & he straight up butchered my hair up. He was to busy bullshittin with Tony who is next to him. Tony I'm sorry for bringin your name up in this. Your a great barber. David needs to pay attention to what he's doin. It's obvious he can't. He's worried about getting into other people's conversations then gets side tracked. He was cutting & clipping away doing what he wanted. The haircut I got from him was TERRIBLE. So I texted him to let him know how bad of a job he did. He didn't like what I had to say about what he did to my head. It's gonna take 2-3 weeks for my hair to grow back to normal.
