I had a nail in my tire this morning and didn't want to take any chances with it so I started calling around Manitowoc to see who could get me in ASAP. Are you sitting down? I called eight different service centers!! now I understand it was a Friday at 1 o'clock, but I called eight different service centers in Manitowoc and all of them could not fit me in ! even my local regular shop said I could drop it off and come back for it a few hours later in the day but I had errands to run and things to do and I needed the car fixed immediately. my father said "did you try Novak?" He gave me the number and I dialed it right up. I spoke with a friendly agent, I told her my story and I said "do you think I can get into your shop right now?" and she said "absolutely come on down." I was quite excited . I drove over - they pulled the nail out. It was nothing serious. It wasn't leaking any air and my $charge$ was zero for 10 minutes of work. Maybe it was 5 minutes of work. For that reason , I will be coming back for future service. I might be easy to impress, but after this experience, i'll give them another try!

I had received a price quote from one guy the previous day, and when the job was done, it was almost $100 over the quoted price. I mentioned the previous day's quote (the guy who gave me the quote was there to confirm the quoted price), so they honored it. It was a very good price. If you get a quote, get it in writing since the pricing seems a little arbitrary. They have no place to wait, but they will drive you back home or work in Two Rivers. Based on the work quality and friendliness of the workers, I would go back, but like I said, I'd first make sure there was a documented price quote.

Left 3 messages, finally this Mike the manager calls after 3 weeks and tells Tim to meet him at wash and he will "settle up". First off he wanted to just run Tim's truck through for a free wash. Tim said no just give my $7.00 and we will call it even. The JERK gave Tim $7.00 and told him to never come back again, his kind are not welcomed at his place anymore!
