Ms.Thomas our instructor was beyond amazing, she has an awesome personality and she knows her stuff. We received clear instructions on how the class would go including skills instruction sheet. We all demonstrated our skills with Ms.Thomas observation and assistance. We went through adults and infants, also instructions for the AED machine. So yes she is very hands on and helpful. Once you complete all videos you will then be instructed to take you test. I do recommend this class, you will not be disappointed!

They had sent me a remainder email that it was time to renew my BLS card. I went this morning. They have weekly classes Tuesday-Saturday at 9am. And it's $40 to renew before the end of the month it's due. The class is quick, and straight to the point. Everyone has their own separate mannequins to practice on, Adults and Peds. Depending on how big the class is you might have to share. I like how the mannequins can alert you if you're doing your compressions correctly. The instructor is also guiding you to make sure you are doing it the right way. You go through the course, videos and skills check off. You take the test at the end and get your card emailed to you on the same day. I'll be back in another two years!
