The instructor's name is Daishea…read more Daishea spent the majority of our training time with her cell phone on speaker phone. She was fielding calls with her landlord and with an alarm company. There were points where students were performing the skills for her to check and she was on the phone. She would speak and we thought she was talking to us but she was actually talking on the phone. Our training was scheduled for 9:30 am to 11:30 am. We did not get out until 2:15 pm. The 2 hour training took 4 hours and 45 minutes.

I was pleasantly surprised- the instructor Michael was engaging and informative and the class left me more confident with my CPR/first aid and absolutely prepared for lifeguarding. If you are on the fence about where to get your lifeguard training DEFINATELY go with north star.
