When they first arrived Liz was busy chitchatting with her coworker and another person and she left my two kids standing waiting for some time. When she finally finished her socializing she spoke down to them and was very rude! I'm tired of people like this that think they can speak down to teenagers and treat them poorly! Both of my kids especially my son is always very respectful! I called to speak to her and expressed my concerns and she was very quick to blow me off and was extremely passive aggressive and continued to say okay in a very rude and sassy tone and really did not care about my concerns. Both my kids were going to sign up for a membership and two of their friends were as well. We will not be returning to planet fitness EVER! I understand we couldn't sign up at the moment but this gives her no reason to be disrespectful! Clearly Liz does not belong in customer service. Such a shame because I spoke to a very lovely lady on the phone this morning and was excited to get two memberships.

That's the kind of front desk worker any company wants, but sadly lacked the authority to discuss any sort of deal for my staff and I. she herself sold me on gym. I came back 3 times looking to speak to the manager and left my number each time. Was greeted warmly and professionally each time and even tried to make an appointment to see the manager and was advised nobody really knows her schedule. well...
