SHOULD BE ZERO STARS!!! COMPLETE BODY TRANSFORMATION (CBT) If it sounds too good to be true... It always is! This is my personal review/experience on Complete Body Transformation Program. All promises are made verbally during consultation nothing is ever given in writing or for you to review. You must get a membership at the gym that they are associated with before you can do there program $44/month for a year. You are told to follow the program you are given and to trust the program (remember this) Cost $$$$ very expensive program(20 week challenge) $1800-free everyone seems to have paid a different price even just starting days apart. There are several different programs offered all run exactly the same way. You are sent a so called custom food plan weekly same thing everyday for entire week with 5-6 meals and what your to eat with the amounts shown (remember this). No Counselling is ever given to teach you how/why you are eating what you are or explain the plan provided. Plans claim to be custom for you and you alone only to find out others have exact same plan no matter what body type, age, height or weight everyone is. You are told you will be weighed and measured on a regular basis( never happens not even at the start) You are required to send in accountability photos each week to get your next week plan you send your photos but you don't get your plan, so you try and contact them(very hard) they give you the run around with BS excuses eventually you get your new food plan. First three weeks on program I had to contact to get plan. That's it... No directions.. No allowed list.. No not allowed list.. You are told you get unlimited personal training and a complimentary session with a personal trainer to show you how to use all the gym equipment, never happens for most you try and contact Jason or Heather (very difficult) when you do contact them they can never seem to fit anyone in during the evening or weekends. (Most people work days) Classes if they are running are sometimes taught by members of the group, classes are canceled if low attendance. Some that are teaching the classes are drinking coffee and on the phone while teaching the class. When your looking for help or guidance your told to ask the FB support group not the so called professionals you paid for. They claim to have thousands of clients all over the globe and to be the only two running the program so they ask for you to have patience with them??? And use the FB group as much as possible. They advertise Personal Training specials for $25/session you contact them each personally letting them know your interested and how do I book my appointments ... No body ever gets back to you. If its unlimited personal training why do we have to buy sessions?? Not all images shown are 100% correct timelines or weight lost. (I have concrete proof) Owners Heather and Jason are a couple making it very difficult to communicate with one or the other. After two months on the program with very little results and numerous attempts at reaching out for help and guidance there was a posting in the group from another member regarding the amount of that weeks protein source TURKEY BACON meal plan called for 5oz of protein you get to choose from a list but amounts are given. Nothing states only three slices for that particular protein, I too along with others have been consuming 5oz as many times a day if we chose that particular protein:that's 10 slices instead of the three she claims it should be. This is just one example of the kind of unorganized and unprofessional program I have been trying to follow for the past two months. What's worse is Heather(registered nutritionist) and Jason's response to this: To me :take a little responsibility for your diet also. You have had issues since day ONE and you are the ONLY one...I'm finished working with you. You will be contacted via email exactly how we're going to proceed. Common sense should have told you that TEN SLICES OF BACON is too much! Yep that's Heather's response(registered nutritionist) to me after questioning her about this once again inconsistency is the plan provided. I too along with others had been consuming an extra 500 calories each time we chose Turkey Bacon from the list provided. I was kicked out of program after only receiving 10/52 weeks of my meal plans($1000) and no refund! Please Please make sure you know what your getting into before you give your time and money to this program...TRUST ME I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE... I would not recommend this program to anyone looking for professional help or guidance. read more

The 20 week transformation DOES work. I lost my weight. HOWEVER- be prepared for a very small food list, with the same bland five to six meals a day for a week or more straight. Be prepared to spend hundreds of dollars on supplements (some of which made me feel ill). Be prepared to spend hundreds of dollars on protein powder. Have deep pockets for specific special oils and fats that will be on your plan this week, and then never again. And say good bye to eating with your family, going to parties etc. for five months. Your circle will become very very small. And the exercise plan is excessive. 7 days a week in most cases. It's a lot. During my first initial interview, Jason did most of the talking, while Heather sat slouched on a chair, attentive to her phone, texting away during the entire interview. She seemed very disinterested in me. ?! So here's the thing. I lost my weight. It came off fast- probably too fast. But I was so unhappy on the plan. During the summer months, all this beautiful produce and fruit was available in the markets, but not on the plan. I finally was allowed six strawberries a day one week, at the later end of my program. They have way too many clients to keep track of. And suffice it to say, not everyone on the program receives the "CBT Family" treatment. There is just no way they can offer their "personalized" service to everyone. They often drop the ball with finer details of their clients, and the organization between the two of them is very poor. They have been neglectful with some clients, including myself. Meal plans that are to be sent the same day every week were often late, leaving clients waiting to go shopping... Sometimes up to three days late. Just not the service you'd expect with a $1500 plan (which is different for everyone...). My measurements were taken once. In 20 weeks. What really surprised me was the little health teaching involved. She's a registered nutritionist. I never received any explanation to why my meals were structured the way they were...no health teaching at all. Just- here's your diet and exercise program, and "trust the process" What is the process? And the instructions for the weight training were little to none at all. I set up a meeting, and Heather forgot about it. I researched most of the given exercises on YouTube to know what they were. And there is no maintenance plan either. And the facebook support page is meh. They claimed there were recipes etc on there to help you through... WHERE?! maybe four or five. So poorly structured. There were many occasions when I posted a question and it was taken down by Heather. And the drama...that's another story. Any drama that takes place ends up on Facebook, drawing the entire clientele into it. Very unprofessional and it doesn't serve them; a disservice. Most professional trainers have a website, and do not conduct their business solely on Facebook. Nor do they lash out in secret code at dissatisfied clients. My advice: do your research. Interview other personal trainers and coaches that train for transformations and competitions. Ask around. Ask about reputations. And don't hand over all your money for the entire program at once. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GIVE THESES PEOPLE MONEY!!! Heather Burbidge-Smith and Jason Pilon are ruthless scammers! They promise the world but when they get your money the promises stop! They brag that they are the best in the industry but from what I can see they are Complete Bumbling Twits! I don't even think that they have any credentials! Many of us have asked but nobody has ever seen them. Most professionals have their certifications proudly framed and hanging on their office wall. I have personally heard them make fun of their "fat clients" who are on welfare on more than one occasion. The cost for their program varies with every person it seems. I paid $1600 thinking that I was going to be trained by Jason only to discover that many classes were instructed by other clients like myself! That is WRONG! If you ask a simple question on their fb group page or send them a text it is either never answered or if it is even the answer is unclear. Both of them have zero social skills and lack any professionalism what so ever. They are both rude and condescending. They are forever bragging about how much money they have in front of the very same people who gave them that money! They encourage cash payments in full and no receipts are ever given. (I have asked many many other participents). I have reported both of them to Canada Revenue Agency and I would like to file a complaint with The Better Business Bureau but I have discovered that they are not even a registered business!! I also know for a fact that they sell / sold steroids out of their office at Barrie Athletic Club. Jason has been kicked out of so many other gyms is Barrie seems like BAC was their last resort! GoodLife and Total Fitness just to name two. If anyone at CBT asks too many questions or questions their program they are immediately kicked out of the program and threatened with a law suit and no money is refunded!! They tell people that they are part owners of Pump'd Supplements and Barrie Athletic Club which of course is false. Jason says that as well as being a certified personal trainer he is also a certified chef and massage therapist! No one can seem to verify any of this leading me to believe that he isn't even a high school graduate! Heather is a real piece of work! She is a narcassistic egomaniac to the 10th degree! She says that she is a certified nutritionist but once again I highly doubt that. The two of them use ridicule and bully tactics to control their clients. Some people have gotten successful results with CBT but that is because Heather and Jason baby them in hopes that one of them will win the transformation challenges that they push their clients to enter. So many people told me NOT to join CBT but unfortunately I did not listen. I realize that I have lost my money but I hope that I am one of the last! These people need to be shut down asap! read more

I have tried every weight loss program out there and failed at each one. I started with Complete Body Transformation at 274lbs in January of 2015 and have now lost 120lbs. My goal was to lose 100lbs in 5 months and I achieved that. I took some time off but with Jason Pilon and Heather Burbidge Smith's guidance and support I had learned the tools to ensure that the new life I had worked hard to achieve was one I maintained. I have now decided that although I've been very happy with my new life, i want to achieve more for myself and with after a sitdown with Heather and Jason to discuss my goals for 2016 they have not put me on my new program and are working with me to achieve those goals. If you have felt ever that you are struggling; feel despondent because you feel like there is no solution for you to, I encourage you to give Complete Body Transformations a call. There are so many great personal trainers in the Barrie and surrounding area and please believe me when I tell you that theses people are NOT one of them! First off, they are NOT a legitimate business. I know this because I tried to report them to The Better Business Bureau and they are not registered as a business. The company that I work for constantly tries to attract, attain and retain customers but "Complete Body Transformation" certainly doesn't do that! The moment a person asks too many questions about why classes are cancelled or why messages aren't answered etc they are booted out of the program with no refund and receive threatening messages! I was one of those people so I know first hand! Jason and Heather do not understand that the people who pay for their "services" are the customer. I have never heard of a "business" firing a paying customer yet they do it all the time! They lack organization, professionalism and above all, morals.
